I ordered Gravely Granny early enough to have her set up and running before Halloween. She is fantastic, everyone who saw her loved her. Unfortunately a few days before Halloween she got a glitch in the jaw. The jaw stopped working and would only make a popping sound when the jaw tried to work. I contacted Haunted Hill Farm directly for assistance in getting her to work again. Haunted Hill Farm is wonderful to work with. After providing the information they needed, instead of advise on how to fix her, they sent me a brand new unit. Although the replacement didn't arrive in time for Halloween, I am looking forward to setting her up next year. I LOOOOOVE THIS LUNGING PUMPKIN CARVER ZOMBIE GIRL SOOOO MUCH!!!!!! IT IS MADE VERY WELL!! WONDERFUL DECORATION! GREAT LOUD SOUND! NICE SIZE! SHE WAS A BIT OF MONEY PRICE WISE BUT I HAVE WANTED HER FORE THREE YEARS NOW AND HAD TO BARROW HALF THE MONEY TO GET HER BUT SHE IS WORTH IT. THANK YOU : )

I never write reviews but I think it is IMPORTANT to note . BUYERS BEWARE. As much as I wanted to love ROSEMARY, she has a major flaw with the motor. I received her the first time and she worked 1 time breaking few min later. After jumping she is suppose to go back to her original spot which is straight. But when she broke she ends up moving all the way back literally looking like she is SEIZING. Where she can’t even stand straight anymore and falls back from the weight. At that point if you don’t lay her on the ground she will break from the position she goes too. Something out of an EXERIST. She stands leaning all the way back and all you hear is the motor CLICKING TRYING TO MOVE BACK TO ORIGINAL NORMAL POSITION. So I EXCHANGED HER hoping to receive it before HALLOWEEN AT THIS POINT. I gave it another chance. I received her 2 DAYS before Halloween and didn’t turn her on until HALLOWEEN THINKING NO WAY SHE WILL BREAK AGAIN. LONG STORY SHORT, after 2 HOURS ON HALLOWEEN SHE BROKE AGAIN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AS THE FIRST ONE. Same POSITION , Same motor sound , same seizing literally 100 percent like the 1st one. I AM so DISAPPOINTED I WANTED TO LIKE HER AND KEEP HER. So I RETURNED HER YESTERDAY BUT THIS TIME FOR A REFUND. I will not take a chance with her again. No disrespect to the company but SHE NEEDS TO BE Discontinued until her FLAW is fixed. She should not be sold to CUSTOMERS. ... show more

The item worked good for the first 3 weeks when I noticed the mouth wasn’t Opening and closing. I took a look inside from where the batteries go and in the neck area there a wire set of 4. It goes from the head area down the neck to the lower area. Well I think from the head moving side to side and up and down the cable must of got caught and broke. It looks as if it was cut with wire cutter. Other than that looks good and worked good. I’ll end up fixing it myself since I waited to long to send back. ... show more
