I ordered Gravely Granny early enough to have her set up and running before Halloween. She is fantastic, everyone who saw her loved her. Unfortunately a few days before Halloween she got a glitch in the jaw. The jaw stopped working and would only make a popping sound when the jaw tried to work. I contacted Haunted Hill Farm directly for assistance in getting her to work again. Haunted Hill Farm is wonderful to work with. After providing the information they needed, instead of advise on how to fix her, they sent me a brand new unit. Although the replacement didn't arrive in time for Halloween, I am looking forward to setting her up next year.     • DISAPPOINTED stopped working after 2 weeks.
Product looks great and when it worked was really cool so I was excited to add it to my decore but it stopped working after a few weeks. My boyfriend accidentally threw away the box which still had the option for the outlet so he had only put batteries in her. We changed those out but still didn't work. I called the customer service and they were nice and said they'd email me to try and send out a replacement part so I can plug her in to see if she'll work that way. Hopefully they do bc we didn't even get to use her for Halloween in working condition and have only had her 2 months now. Update they never actually sent anything to fix her and when I asked for a replacement of the cord she came with they said they couldn't send one and there's no option to buy a spare one.... which is ridiculous considering the price of this product and how it only worked for 2 weeks. I have other animatronic decorations from spirit Halloween that have lasted years! I tried this brand bc it's cheaper but the quality is not good. She looked good but didn't even make it month on display. Very disappointing. ... show more

This is a great remake of the convulsing nurse made back in 2013 and I so happy to see her back, she now has the most up to date speaker and control box, her support system is updated and is so sturdy that I would imagine it would last for a good while, her motor that controls her back-and-forth movement is so incredibly made. I haven’t seen another animatronic made that well I mean compared to her 2013 model it’s like day and night, her face has a plastic mold that insert that keeps it from warping and I believe it’s made of vinyl (not sure) but if it is it keeps it from dry rotten like how you would get from latex, her hair is also another thing to talk about, it’s attached your head really well. Her hair is more full compared to the 2013 model. It’s way more longer and during operation it’s sways adding to her creepiness, back in 2013 they made a first aid kit activation box, which would be plugged into her so it would activate the animatronic if you have it or buy one it’s still compatible I would imagine they would release one soon hopefully, she is costly, but if you are a person who fell in love with this animatronic back in 2013 who didn’t get the chance to buy it or who has it you would say it’s worth the money and I personally think it is, her chains do you have a adhesive which would be attached to a wall, giving her that chain to a wall effect overall 10/10 you should buy it to give people a scared it definitely scares me and she should last you for a good amount of time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This item is pretty cool. Loud, scary and great animatronics. Outdoor use with cover thus the mausoleum. Weird story about this item. I returned/replaced the original one because there was a large dent in the top of the head. Nothing in the description or photos shows a dent. The replacement was lost? delayed in shipping so I canceled and requested a refund. My intentions were to reorder it (I am not a prime member) and wait a week. I ended up spending $5 more for the replacement, price increase within a week. When I received the new order, guess what? This head was dented too. About the size of a small fist. After the minor inconvenience, cost and frustration: that was the best laugh I have had in a long time. But wait. Tombstone lifter was moved around quite a bit during mausoleum construction. After about 10 days or so, I noticed the dent was about the size of a quarter. I showed my wife and she agreed about the reduction in size of dent. True story. If you're into this kind of thing, get yourself a Tombstone lifter. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought her on sale and she's my absolute favorite. I watched video after video and they all didnt do her justice. I decided to order her and I LOVE it. She's actually cheaper than a lot of my stuff but very creepy and 100% worth it. She's breaks down into practically nothing for storage too. Downsides, Her legs are just two pool noodle type material with one small velcro piece to attach to her hip so it fell off a couple times when moving. Granted you could always add more velcro so it didnt fall off. Also She's not very loud,especially if you have a lot more animatronics she will definitely be drowned out. So I purchased a extremly cheap speaker I connected straight to her for maybe 10 dollars with a auxiliary cord and she was way louder and I stuck the speaker inside her zipper so it worked perfect. Id buy again no doubt . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Pretty easy to set up, minor issues with dress alignment attachment. HUGE issue is the motor to lift the girl doesn't work and she does not do her attack movements. All you hear is clicking, the sound itself is good. Will be returning for replacement. Really wish they did testing before packing. UPDATE: Item was sent back and a replacement sent. Everything is working perfectly. I might have gotten an older model because the replacement had a little bit of a difference in the base of the doll. ... show more

I LOOOOOVE THIS LUNGING PUMPKIN CARVER ZOMBIE GIRL SOOOO MUCH!!!!!! IT IS MADE VERY WELL!! WONDERFUL DECORATION! GREAT LOUD SOUND! NICE SIZE! SHE WAS A BIT OF MONEY PRICE WISE BUT I HAVE WANTED HER FORE THREE YEARS NOW AND HAD TO BARROW HALF THE MONEY TO GET HER BUT SHE IS WORTH IT. THANK YOU : )
