This is the second one I assembled. Not bad for 59 year old woman. The steering rod can be confusing because it seems too short. It’s not. You slide it up from the bottom with the hook in place for steering, then slightly lift the front end & straighten out the wheels. Then the steering wheel can be pushed down into place with enough room for the bolt. **** Be sure to use the 2 tools they give you - I didn’t the first time because I thought they were part of the go cart hahaha.     • Good Old Fashioned Fun
My grandchildren love to ride these ( I bought 2 to keep at our home) and I even put them together by myself! (60 yr old grandmother). They are perfect for the 3-7 year range, but get a little too cramped for any of the older ones. I am not fond of the brake mechanism as it is just a lever the kids pull and that forces a metal bar against the back tire to stop the cart. Seems like too much wear and tear, and of course the kids love to pull on the brake once they realize what it is. Also, that metal (or maybe its stainless?) bar that hits the tire, is angled pointing up when not in use and is easy for kids to scrape their leg when getting in and out of the cart. Also, changing the seat position should be a little bit easier, especially if you have lots of kids around and go from different size riders back and forth. Overall, the kids don't pay attention to all this and still enjoy the carts and they seem to be of really good quality. They were very well packed in shipping, but directions for assembly were pictures only, of course. ... show more

easy to assemble, grand daughter loves the pink, nice wheels for smooth hard surface like concrete or asphalt. price is reasonable easy to peddle for ages 6 and up not for little kids need to store inside out of rain tubes will fill up with water and start rusting. grandson has a race car version
