I had to place my order with POKKAADOTS instead of Amazon because Amazon wouldn't ship it to my address. They have great customer service and made sure we received our wagon in good condition. The Hauck Wagon is on the pricey side, but really, you're not paying much more than you would if you bought one of the decked out Radio Flyer wagons. The Hauck Wagon has rubber wheels which is a big plus. It's doesn't make very much noise when pulling it through the neighborhood as one with plastic wheels would be. I've also found that these wheels do well in soft soil after a rain. The wheels are on the wider side with good traction so I don't have any problems getting stuck. It seems very stable given the fact that the wheels sit further out than most wagons. I'm not worried about it tipping over if my son leans a bit outside the wagon. There is a decent amount of padding for sitting, so he sits very comfortably in the wagon and enjoys riding around in it. There are no straps or buckles for those looking to strap their kids in. It folds up easily for transporting it, but I mostly leave it in wagon mode. It is a bit bigger than I had expected but I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

This wagon is one of our best purchases for the kiddos! It’s super sturdy, does not tip over easily and the canopy is great to keep away some sun or drizzle. The stable/not tippy part is the best. Easy to pull and maneuver. The brake feature is smart. The big wheels and wide base does make the whole thing really wide but we don’t find that to be an issue. So glad we purchased this wagon! Can’t speak to how it easily comes back apart for transport though. We keep ours put together because we use it all the time around our property or to walk up the road. I put a stroller caddy on the back as a “trunk” and this has been super helpful to store snacks, keys, sunglasses, wipes, etc! ... show more

    • Great wagon for my dog
I had done a lot of searching for the right wagon that would work for my 13 yr old boxer mix. He recently had one of his front legs amputated due to cancer, and he gets tired more quickly while walking. The Hauck Eco Wagon was the only one I found with a wheel lock to make it more stable for him to get in and out, the wheels are rubber not plastic, and the handle stays up. It does take up a little more room when collapsed than other wagons because the wheels stick out, but that makes it more stable and still fits in the back of my SUV with no issue. It is easy to set up and fold down, but the handle can be difficult to remove without pinching your finger on the pressure pin. It is definitely on the more expensive end of collapsible wagons, but it has been totally worth it. My dog has gotten used to riding in it when he gets tired and needs a rest and can get in and out easily. ... show more

    • Fell apart on first use
This wagon looks and feels great, appears to be very sturdy. However, on our first trip out with this wagon the single nut that secures the handle to the steering mechanism rotated until it fell off. This resulted in a wagon (and child) that had to be carried a long distance back to the car. Very disappointing that there isn’t a better solution than a nut directly contacting the rotating steering assembly which causes it to naturally unscrew. I put a new nut on but have to tighten it daily and can’t go too far or run the risk of it falling off again. Pretty disappointed in what otherwise is a pretty sweet wagon. ... show more

After researching and comparing between different brands (VEER vs Keenz vs. Hauck); this one won my vote based on its positive reviews. I loved the look of it and how it seemed easy to push and pull through various types of terrain. In terms of pricing, the VEER was way too pricey $699 + with all its add-on pieces that you have to buy separately. The Keenz was pretty similar in price range to the Hauck, but it didn’t look as cool as the Hauck. Overall, the wheels were a huge factor as we were planning a trip to the beach. I wanted something that wouldn’t give us issues on grass or sand. It took my husband 30 minutes to put it together. Thankfully there weren’t any parts that were defected or dented during delivery, so everything locked into place. Had the wheels been a half inch thicker or the frame been slightly wider, this would not have fit in our 2016 BMW X1 trunk. See picture. It worked well at the boardwalk, it rolls with ease. You can pull it using just with 2 fingers as it easily glides. On the sand, it took some effort but we found it easier to steer around compared to my brother’s non brand fold up wagon. In terms of weight, I’m 5’3” and am able to pick it up out of the trunk by myself. I like the sun roof feature since it helped keep our food cool from the glaring sun. I wish it could fold up smaller but I am aware I can’t have it all. I still love it though. I can’t wait for my 2.5 year old to try it out for a ride. It would be really cool to travel with to Cali but I’m afraid it would be too bulky for our relatives’ SUV cars since they have children, too. ... show more

    • THE BEST WAGON ON THE MARKET, PERIOD.
This doesn’t have cup holders, child restraints, or all the extra stuff the radio flyer has but it’s also not too hard to get creative. I got this because I spend a lot of time traveling for soccer tournaments and on lakes/beaches with small children. I pack on the tents, chairs, beach Toys, etc. & never have had a problem in the hot loose sand unlike every other stroller and whatever else “claims” to be good in heavy and HOT sand (incl all the other wagons out there). The only downside is that this thing is not very compact when folded down and requires a bit of work to take apart. It also doesn’t have a very good turn radius with such bulky tires — price you pay to have good traction in the sand. I would not recommend for anything indoor unless aisles were super wide. All in all though — worth every single penny and will last for sooooo many years to come!!! PS: I have been using this for over a year and just decided to post a review. Still loving it!! ... show more

LOVE this wagon! It far surpasses all other wagons we have seen in features, durability and overall aesthetic. The wide rubber tires offer a smooth ride for all terrain. The canopy is metal and very sturdy. And we love that the handle is spring loaded to remain upright. The wagon is huge, allowing for lots of space for multiple kids and their things but could be an issue if you were limited on storage space. ... show more
