The media could not be loaded. When you have a nephew with a birthday close to Christmas, you make sure that the presents are still good. I couldn't wait to give him this option packed drone. He is 12 so it had to be cool enough to feel like a drone meant for an older individual. This did not completely disappoint. It is made with the understandint that first time drivers have a learning curve, so it includes extra propellers and a screwdriver to attach them. It has a spot for your camera IN ITS CASE to fit in the remote control for video control and footage. I even tested it with my Note 8 in its otterbox and it still fit well. The camera pairs well and the tracking feature does work. The only drawbacks are that the minimum run time is about 2 minutes if the charge is low. Otherwise the max it runs is about 10 minutes and it can take 2 hours or more to charge. Charge the battery full and let run down all the way and recharge 3 times for optimal run time. It is very lightweight but it is more durable than it seems. For a starter unit it really makes a great gift and takes some skill to develop the controlling, which is great as well. ... show more

Very easy to use i got for this for my 9 year old for his first drone having never flown one before. By day 2 he was able to maneuver all thru the house showing me he was ready to try it outside. Batteries do get warm but not hot and after a few weeks of use batteries still hold charge well. It came as described. Only downfall is the camera will not link unless phone or device is running 5g. 4g will not link up. Camera and controls work well the drones light is pretty bright and easy to see when night flying. We love everything about the drone except I wish the battery would last a little longer. This is perfect for my eight-year-old son, he loves it.

    • Fun for all ages!
This is a fun beginners!! I have use a lot of different types of drones and this one is one of the easiest I have used (as long as you're not flying it high). The drone is circular and has lights that are all the same color all around. This makes it really hard to tell which was is forwards or backwards. With time you're able to get a good idea of which way it's facing but definitely not for a newbie. The battery life is on par to drones of this size. But that being said, the battery life is very very short. You can get one good 5-8 flight before you need to charge again. Best part of the done is the bumpers! If you're new to drones this will help you not break blades, motors, or the housing! Overall this is a fun little drone! ... show more

Turns and flips nicely, the protectant to stop the blades from breaking broke on ours. Other then that fun for the kids while it lasted.

This is a great flying drone with really cool lighting. The altitude hold works well and so the drone is quite stable in flight. Easy to control. The ring surrounding and protecting the props light up with a bright yellow light. I had trouble getting into the battery compartment, but if I had read the instructions fiist I would not have had a problem. Goes to show that even if you have a bunch of drones you still need to read the instructions first. There is a little post that looks like it is for a screw. There is a little switch just above and behind it that if you press it down the post goes down and the battery cover slides off easily. I figured this out after I had chewed it up a little prying with screwdrivers and letter openers. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. This drone has very good instructions and it is a lot of fun to fly.     • Fun and entertaining toy
We got this on a lightening deal and it was so worth it!! My husband and son can be entertained by it for hours! My husband has never flown a drone before so it has taken him some time to get used to the controls and he kind of fought with setting it up at first. But for the most part we are very pleased with it now that it has been figured out. It isnt anything big, fancy and high tech but it's great for someone who just likes to play around and fidget with it! ... show more
