I am going to keep the bed- it's not bad and I do like the way it looks and fits the room. It was extremely hard to put together- and I'm mechanically inclined and have years of experience as a carpenter. Several of the parts were unmarked. I figured it out, but those less experienced working with their hands might have trouble. Some of the hardware was missing and there was no extra hardware. And the tiny brakets they give as extra support, that are supposedto secure the bed to the wall- a waste... I had to come up with another real solution. And to top that off, I paid $99 for shipping and the delivery person left both boxes out in the rain- and I have a covered porch on the front of my house. Amazon is supposed to be refunding that delivery fee, but that hasn't hit yet. All on all, it was a bad experience. ... show more

Make sure you check the measurements and it fits in your room or where you want to locate it. They won’t give you back a full refund. They will take the item back but not give a full refund and you payout of your pocket to send it back. So make sure it’s what you want, if not you’re stuck with the product and not able to return it. There was nothing wrong with it, it’s just doesn’t fit with two full size beds in the room. But it so happens to be an issue with the seller to return. Not only that, good luck in trying to put it together. They do not label the tools, more like threw them in a bag for the customer to figure out. Never had an issue with any seller or a return if it didn’t work out. And it happens, sometimes furniture or items just don’t work out as expected.     • Lots of compliments, but just not sturdy. My autistic daughter won’t sleep in it.
Not as sturdy as described. Have difficulty keeping the closet doors shut. Every time my daughter climbs up or down the bed, the closet doors open. She is also Autistic & loves heights but gets frightened by the movement as she climbs. I & others have attempted to tighten or find where we could make it more sturdy without luck. The concept is great & the room it saves we love. It’s just not the quality I had hoped for. We get lots of compliments on the looks of the bed. ... show more

Between having mislabeled pieces, no identification on the hardware other than little squares and numbers thrown in the bags with five different nuts and screws that are only a millimeter difference made this one of the most aggravating projects I've ever put together. Product quality is good, color is a described, it is everything I wanted for my son however the assembly process was terrible. Directions are not clear the parts were not separated well enough, it took 1-1/2 days to assemble and required taking several parts off and adjusting due to lack of description.
