Bought this for the lift top feature since I like to eat on my sofa. I wish it came in a larger size but it’s plenty of table space for one person to eat, kind of crowded for two but doable. I was surprised at how nice it looks for the price. It doesn’t feel like super cheap Amazon furniture (although FYI that “concrete” top is just MDF with concrete laminate, hence the price). I like that the table has some weight to it, doesn’t feel like cheap lightweight furniture. Sturdy legs and the lift top mechanism is fairly smooth. It can slam shut somewhat hard though so I put thin little rubber pads to soften the sound. People saying that the parts don’t align or it’s crooked just honestly don’t know how to build furniture that well. It’s not difficult to assemble you just have to do it with some finesse so I can see how someone not very skilled could easily build this coffee table out of alignment. Overall pretty impressed especially because I did not expect much for the price!

I was waiting for a similar table to come in stock at ikea at $100. Ended up needing 2.5 months estimated for stock so I gave this table a shot and was very pleasantly surprised. The faux marble is a nice touch to accent the seating area. Obviously at this price it’s mdf and laminate but the ikea equivalent would’ve been the same. The construction is sturdy albeit took a bit longer than I’d initially expected (1 hour). Comparing this to the ikea I was shopping. The height is perfect for eating in the upright position when sitting on my couch and also when closed to put my feet up. Overall really impressed with the look and quality for the price and it was in stock and shipped to my door in about a week and a half! Also after I bought this I saw the ikea table increased to the same exact price anyways!

I needed to buy all new furniture for my apartment and wanted a non-traditional coffee table. I bought this after seeing similar versions for far greater cost from places like Ikea and Overstock. The biggest drawback for me was that I had to assemble it twice. There is an orientation for the section that rises. It's not reversible. That aside, this is likely the best produced piece of Chinese ship-in-a-box furniture I've had to build. Everything was smooth and clean (no splinters or dust), all the holes were drilled correctly (minus the holes inside that weren't supposed to be drilled but would really help out), and everything fits and works like it's suppose to. It's solid, looks more expensive than it is, and didn't need too much swearing to construct. I will say it helped to use proper tools instead of the included, but that's just me. Overall, highly recommend.

Love the look and functionality of the table. It coincidentally matches our tv stand as well. Assembly was smooth for the most part, but we could not align some of the screws with the pre-drilled holes and we were initially unable to lift/close the storage part of the table. To fix this, we removed the top bar (J in the instructions) and were able to line up the screws without issue. Now we can lift and close the table smoothly. It may not be able to hold as much weight on top after doing this, but we aren’t putting anything heavy on it anyway; it was just irritating not being able to lift/close.

I love this piece. There were a few reviews on the construction being difficult, but I didn't find it to be too bad. There are 4 screws that you have to screw in without holes pre drilled but I used a screwdriver and pressure and they went in just fine. The lift table actually has a locking mechanism too so that you can lock the desk piece in place when in use. Overall I think it's a very cool unique looking coffee table and I'm very excited to give some flare to my living room. Looks to be all laminate pieces but in general I think it looks and feels nice for the price with great features. 10/10 would buy again (my parents also like it so much they may buy one for themselves)

I wanted to buy the Bidiso lift top table also available on Amazon, but took a chance on this one, as I liked the two tone look. I knew it was a bit of a hit and miss, as numerous reviews said the pieces did not align properly. Sadly, this was to be the case, as the lift mechanism with the last piece does not align. I will have to find tools to make my own changes or take apart the almost complete table to return. A sad state of affairs. Should have heeded the warnings. There are probably many better options out there.

Within only 3 months of purchase, one of the legs fell off the table, but it could still stand up on the rest of the legs as long as no one touches it. Now it’s 1.5 year since I had this item, and a second leg fell off the kitchen table and this time it could barely stand stably. The studs that were inside the table have all fallen off together with the screws, so there’s no way for me to rescrew them back in.
