Exactly as advertised, arrived promptly. Same quality hardware cloth as available locally, but in a large size that I was never able to find anywhere else. Price was better than I expected, which made me doubt the quality, but I was wrong to doubt! Included were a pair of gloves and a bag of weird staples; neither were necessary or useful for a hardware cloth project, but I kept them as a useful bonus. The gloves are good for gardening, but are a thin knit that wouldn't be good for protecting your hands from sharp wire so I wouldn't use them for the intended purpose (use leather gloves while working with hardware cloth). The wire itself is what you're paying for, so it gets 5 stars.

Perfect. Functional. Keeps mice and other prey out, all while keeping my chickens safely caged, so the city doesn’t cry. It’s easy to install, but a pain to unroll, cut and handle. It’s fine, just be prepared to get poked and scraped by it. I’ve had some on my coop for 3 years and I’ve had no issues with. It’s very durable and versatile. You can use it for a ton of stuff. Don’t want mice in your sheds? Put this under your deck (floor) frame. It looks great, but I want to paint it black, so I can see into the coop better.

I was shopping around at local stores to try and find some hardware cloth for my chicken run, and was coming up with some insane prices. I did a large run, and wanted to cover the entire thing with hardware cloth, and the price estimates I was coming up with were in the $300-$500 range! I decided to check here on a whim, and was amazed to find the exact amount I needed for less than $100. I ordered the 48"x400' roll, and it arrived in good condition, was packaged well, and the install went great! The cloth itself seems high quality, and I didn't have any issues working with it. Make sure you wear gloves for the install! This stuff is ludicrously sharp, I got a few cuts even with gloves and being careful. We'll see how well it holds up to predators, but I think it will provide great protection for my flock!
