First i got it early which is always good thing, second (if remember correctly) it came in a manila envelope but sealed I opened bag figured be crushed but it wasn't it was in a very sturdy cardboard box then was placed carefully in a lining great care was given to protect it. Now onto the bag I'm so impressed by the quality there's no lose thread nor tearing, its soft but not flimsy. All travel bags that i have ever owned i used on daily basis tear or handles break within few months shorter then this bag which has no wear and tear but does have a small design defect that so far i can over look and that is the zipper head handles come off in my fingers every now and then but they can be put right back on' if one does drop on floor they so shiny i can see them clearly but that put aside if i ever need a new bag its going to be one of these again. ... show more
