As a long time skater and engineer, I finally am getting around to building a motorized skateboard. Perks to the All terrain mountainboard: Great quality deck, made of strong maple wood allows perfect buoyancy for someone my weight. 150 lbs. The tires are excellent quality as well. Good, all terrain, strong rubber. Drawbacks- I don't want to have to depend on power sliding to be my only manual brake system. The trucks' hardware holes are located directly on the tail and nose. I'm old school... So I drilled new holes approximately 3" inward the deck, from the original holes. I then reinstalled the trucks in their new locations using American made hardware. I want to be able to break, old school style. The hardware that came with the board is complete garbage, and so are the trucks. I recommend tightening the living you know what outta them. If you plan on going fast. My truck base bolt stripped on the VERY FIRST NUT I SCREWED ON. I'm experienced. And this is brand new hardware and trucks. This should only happen on old trucks, with old hardware that's seen some grinding, for instance. So... I gave it 4 stars because I think the deck and tires are worth the price, alone. Additional hardware isn't expensive. But if you want to replace the trucks with other ones, exact replicas may be a bit pricey. Modifying a standard set of skateboard trucks using coupling nuts may be the best way to go. Just make sure your dimensions and measurements are pretty much exactly the same as the original truck/axle measurements. Happy skating. ... show more

My son got this board to use while our doodle runs along side ; the look and quality are really nice; the foot straps didn’t really work so we removed them; the bearings are standard and will replace with better ones soon. But if u want a long board under $125 with these chunky tires for off terrain it’s a win even if u spend more $ making it better ... show more

I bought 2 boards. Needed holes drilled to attach axle as it was not drilled completely through. I had to buy washers and nut due to missing pieced and the boards do not fit in the bag when assembled

Kinda frustrated with the board. I was expecting for the price to be way better but also it is a cheap one but it is worse than it should be. To start parts and pre-drilled holes aren’t good. Had to re-drill holes. Let alone the fact that the holes that were drilled prior to my work were chipped, the stain on the bottom was chipped and uneven. The next is the bag that came for the board, basically unless you’re taking it apart every time the board doesn’t fit put together in it. The tires are poor quality and not even, after airing em up they have spots on them that don’t roll well. The wheel trucks are very loose no matter how much you tighten them up. And the threading was rough. The trucks give to much to the wheels and bearings causing more wobble while riding. The bearings are rough as well they don’t spin long even out of the wheels they aren’t of any good quality. The safety gear is just kid sized stuff and nothing fits but not really worried about it. The only good thing is the board, the wood. That’s about it the board it’s self none of the hardware is useful really. So if you’re willing to pay $100+ dollars for a piece of wood that isn’t even really good quality it’s more closer to $30 price range, sure go ahead but this but either way I don’t reccomend. ... show more

So far so good! Bought this board as it was one of the better priced options on Amazon that had good reviews. 10/10 woukd recommend. High quality deck. Grip tape is stick as hell and foot straps work great! Just loosened my trucks up a tad after I set it up to be abke to turn better. Purchased this to get into kite landboarding. Have not yet used on dense beach sand at low tide but will try it in the future. Works great in grassy fields even when wet. ... show more

I bought this longboard for my bf as a gift. He loves it and tries to use it whenever he has a chance. His brother and his friends envy him for his sweet ride! I seen him use it on the street, trails, dirt, grass....pretty much everywhere and he goes super fast. I even got my other siblings considering to buy this longboard since it rode better than the ones that they own. I would recommend this! ... show more
