    • Best Swaddle Ever
As a first time mom, trying to swaddle with a blanket was an absolute nightmare, my husband and I just couldn't figure it out and baby kept wiggling out of the blanket. We bought several different types of swaddle sacks, but the sleepea is hands down the best swaddle we have tried. I am going to put the review I wish I found when looking for a swaddle: 1. Material: Very light weight and soft. We live in Florida and baby boy was born right in the middle of summer, so we were also worried about him being too hot, but the mesh venting helps keep him cool and makes us feel so at ease. We have not had any skin irritation issues with this swaddle at all. 2. Velcro: the Velcro portion that swaddles the baby is amazing and such a genius concept. It makes it ease to get baby in the swaddle snug and at a comfort level that they like. The Velcro is also very quiet compared to other types of Velcro. It does still make noise, so don't be fold thinking it's noiseless. 3. Fit: The other swaddle sacks have so much fabric and bunched up near his face, which made me so nervous. The Sleepea is designed so well that it does not bunch up near the babies face and fits them very well. I noticed on other swaddles the zippers hit under their chin or rub against their neck, but there is a little zipper garage (lol not sure what it called) that covers the zipper, so it doesn't touch their face. 4. Usability: It really lives up to the name "5-second swaddle", it is that quick and east to get your baby into the swaddle. Our baby does occasionally get his arm out of the swaddle (he is a little Houdini), but the design keeps his hand in the sack still, but we do at times find his fingers poking out of the top (he is 3 months old, so he wants his fingers in his mouth constantly). But, it's not that much of an issue, and it doesn't seem to bother him. I also love that we can continue using the swaddle with his arms out when he starts rolling as there are little plastic buttons on the sides, so you can put their arms through. Overall, our baby boy absolutely loves it. We made the mistake of only buying 1 in the beginning and ended up buying 3 newborn sizes and 3 of the next size up. Our baby is now 3 months and uses this swaddle for every nap and at night. He loves it so much that when he is swaddled, he instantly calms down and falls asleep in a matter of minutes.     • Just perfect!
I’ve had this swaddle for less than 24 hours and love it already. I was using the “swaddleme” Velcro kind, which my baby enjoyed… however living in Florida it got him way too warm for my liking. Also the Velcro was obnoxiously loud. This swaddle is the perfect material and keeps my son cool. The Velcro is sooo much better than the other swaddle, much more quiet. It’s also extremely easy to use and I love that it has a two way zipper so I don’t have to remove the swaddle prior to a diaper change. My son was not a fussy baby , but he’s startle reflex was strong and would keep him grunting and groaning out of frustration, when in the old swaddle, but not with this one!     • We love the Sleepea!
We use the Sleepea on our NICU baby, and it is wonderful! She sleeps warmly and comfortably, and we love the arms out option! My only advice is to wash it in a delicate bag, because the Velcro will latch on to other laundry items.

We have tried so many swaddles and some have worked great and some end in a temper tantrum from our little one! This one I just ordered the next size up because it is by far our babies favorite. It is tight enough that she is secure and doesn’t startle but also looser than some other swaddles in that in still gives her the ability to some her arms up and down a little bit which she loves, like an unrestrictive big hug! Not to mention it is so so easy to put on. Our baby is 7.5 weeks old and this may just be coincidence but we used to only use this for nap time and the first night we used it at night she slept 7.5 hrs straight… again might be coincidence but as a mama coincidence or not, if I get 7.5 hrs of sleep I will repeat the exact steps every night in hopes it continues! The only downfall is I wish they made some warmer styles as this one is pretty thin and wouldn’t be great on cold winter nights. But other than that I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! ... show more

My baby has been on the taller side so the Halo Swaddle became too small at 3 months, so I needed a longer swaddle and this Sleepea Swaddle had the best reviews. I would buy this again. Pros: - Seems to be good quality, easy to zip and fabric is soft but thick. -Easy to use, the arm swaddle part is easier to use than the Halo Swaddle - Can use for babies over 26inches long - Breathable, has mesh areas that allow air flow -Baby didn't have any issue with transitioning from halo to this swaddle and continues to sleep through the night. Cons -Cannot put in swaddle before a feed, with the halo swaddle I was able to place baby into the "sleep sack" component. This swaddle I have to wait until baby is fed, burped and asleep. (I was nervous because it means I have to move and adjust baby more) - Seems like the bottom velcro portion is a little shorter than it should be to connect to the middle/arms section ... show more

As advertised, and described this swaddle did not have the clips to clip into the snoo, but was the perfect dummy proof swaddle for any other occasion.     • Not really worth the price tag
My houdini baby stays in it 75% of the time. If I don’t wrap the inside at the end of his arms it rides up into his face (safety risk). The zippers at the top are stiff and seem like they’ll hurt his neck over time. It’s also near impossible to change a diaper without taking the whole thing off, because if his arms are properly secured then his hands and the swaddle cover the top of his diaper. ... show more
