I bought this for my 7 year old grandson as an activity for us to do together. I like it for a few reasons: First, because it’s an easy craft without a bunch of pieces or steps. You just take out the dog and paint and get started. Next, I appreciate that it’s something he can use every night. He uses it at his bedside for a night light. It’s not just a craft that gets pinned to a bulletin board then thrown away. It has a function so it has value. I’m always looking for simple toys or activities that we can together that will engage my grandchildren. This was a good addition to my grandma bag of tricks.
