We absolutely love these stepping stones. We use them all the time — sometimes as part of an obstacle course with our sensory/ortho mats, and sometimes for imaginative play where my daughter pretends she’s a little turtle. It keeps her active, balanced, and entertained for a long time. The quality is excellent. They’re very sturdy — they even hold my husband’s weight (100+ kg) without bending or slipping, which really impressed us. The colors are bright, the texture is nice, and they’re easy to move around and rearrange. One thing to note: my daughter did take a couple of tumbles when she stepped on them with socks. It’s definitely safer to use these barefoot and with adult supervision, especially for younger kids. Overall, a fantastic sensory and balance toy that we genuinely enjoy as a family. Highly recommend — just play carefully!

Love these stepping stones. They are made of great materials and the quality of them are far better than I expected. They can hold an adult's weight. These were bought for a toddler who loves to jump. Would recommend for indoor and outdoors. I used them for the living room. She stepped on to each step and then would jump off. I space them closer at first and gradually further apart. They make for a great activity or obstacle course. I love that they came with a storage bag.

The product info says 195 lbs but let me tell you -- my 300 lb self stepped on the big ones and they only flexed a little under my weight. The little ones didn't flex at all. No damage. We've only owned these a little over 24 hours so I can't say much. The kids are playing with them for the second night in a row. The first night they played The Floor Is Lava. Tonight they played with the spinner and then sat in the big ones and spun themselves around on the hardwood floor. We're happy so far and I'll update this review later if they crack or become clutter! Kids are newly 3 yo and almost 7 yo. Updated 8/2025: I bought a second set soon after the first one. These have held up extremely well over time and the kids still play with them. Not cracked and not clutter. Excellent value!

These turtle shells arrived yesterday and within an hour of my 3 kiddos (ages 2, 4, and 6) playing with them, I knew I was going to order another set! My children are sensory seekers with a need to move and get their energy out. This set of 6 turtle backs kept my kids occupied for hours, between imaginative play, hoping from shell to shell, even flipping them upside down to sit & spin in — and that was before I brought out the activities that came with the set! They seem pretty durable and easy to clean, too. Turtle-y worth the buy!

These things are awesome! I bought these for my 4-year-old who has some motor coordination difficulties, and as soon as they came out of the box she immediately started jumping around on them. They supported her sitting in a proper position, because she wasn’t able to do a w-sit on these. And she loved practicing her balance. The accessories these come with are great. You get a fun spinner to play games, and a deck of cards with different challenges on them (and also neat turtle facts)! There is a bag for carrying the steps and accessories, so we can easily take them with us when we go camping or on vacation. Quality-wise, the steps are really durable. The box says they can support up to 195 lbs, and although I’m not planning on putting that to the test myself, I would bet that’s likely true. The rubber on the bottom means they don’t slip and slide at all. We had them on laminate floors with my daughter jumping from one to another and they didn’t budge. And the turtle shell design on top means her feet don’t slip on them either. Overall an excellent buy!

The cards, the spinner, and the shells all seem very sturdy for what they are, and my 3.5 yo loves it. The shade of color on the spinner even closely match the shade on the shell. The only complaint I have is that you have to be careful what floor you play on. Any rug or grass would do, but on the tile it slips dangerously. A rubber ring on the bottom could have prevented this problem.

These are my kids FAVORITE. When they are getting ancy on the cold winter days, I bring these out and they are played with for hours. Moving and shifting them by themselves. They are light but durable and the color has not faded at all. It’s a great sensory toy and helps them find their sense of balance. I can’t help not walking on them if I’m walking past.

I try not to get toys and activities with lots of parts but thankfully these are large and easy to handle and store. The kids love them and can pick them up to rearrange. It comes with cards that have different suggestions (like stand on a big shell, a small shell, or a shell of your favorite color) which I found a little unnecessary because it's a stack with many duplicates of just a few activities. I also like the bottom of them - it's a little grippy but won't scratch up the floors indoors. They are also stable and sturdy and can withstand the kids jumping on them.
