My 4yo is very good with puzzles, so we gave this to him younger than the recommended age and he loves it. The puzzle is good quality, and the glow-in-the-dark aspect is great! After working the puzzle, my son, husband and I spent about 20 min in the room with the lights off, shining a flashlight on the puzzle to activate the glow and then studying what showed up.
