The guitar arrived with the strings loosened exactly as they should. There's no way to get it tuned perfectly, but it's close enough for my toddler. Very durable- they've thrown it, stood on it, banged on it, and other toddler conducted tests. And they love playing it and carrying it around. Great, and surprisingly guitar-ish for a toy. My 3 year old son has a great time with it. Doesn't stay in tune on a few of the strings... but not like that matters, as he is just running around and jamming out on it. When he's ready for a real guitar, I'll buy a real guitar, right?!

We love this guitar! It was the second guitar we got for our 2.5 year old. The first was broken within a week by my husband when trying to tighten so this was the replacement. This one is so much better. It looks great, sounds great, and we love seeing our son play it. We like to take a turn, too!

Great choice for my 3yo toddler. It is a little big for her but that just means she can use it longer. We own other products from this brand and it offers high quality items. Might suggest getting a shoulder strap attachment for younger musicians.

My toddler wants a real guitar and this the closest to a real one. It's quite challenging to tune and it doesn't stay in tune long. But it's pretty study and it has been dropped a few times without any hard damage. Would recommend for toddler to just practice strumming on it.
