I bought several of these because I was hosting a pizza party. Now that the party is over what now? They are very functional and there's a ton of uses for it. I use them to marinate and when taking food to a party. Wasn't a single use waste of money and they're stackable for storage

Usually I prefer the style of dough box with an airtight seal from the boxes interlocking, however these worked great. The lid keeps air out but enough room to breath. I fit 3x 200g doughballs per tray and fermented for 72 hours, proofed for 3, and they had more than enough room. Less ferment/proof and they probably could’ve fit 4 per box. I’m not going to wash these in a dishwasher though to make sure the functionality stays the same. ... show more
