Generally, this 14” bag is great and most people will love it if they are looking for a small hard sided spinner bag. In this style bag, I originally thought it was great that it had the cloth partition between the halves. However, I bought the bag to carry a CPAP which is 5”X6”X8” and it’s not great for that. Like most bags with retractable handles, you lose a little space inside where the handles retract into the bag but, normally, you can tuck your smaller items between the rails. On a bigger bag, I don’t think much of that but, for the use I bought the bag for, it just makes it worse by elevating the main item (CPAP) in the bag past the midpoint where the cloth portion zips. The CPAP is too big to fit between those “rails” so it kind of sits on top of that part which makes it too tall to close the bag if the cloth partition is closed for the upper half of the bag (it would still be too tall even if it didn’t lose space from sitting on those). I end up having to unzip the cloth lid partition to use the full depth of the suitcase to accommodate the 5” height of my CPAP. Because I can’t close the partition, it makes the top half of the bag unusable for other items since, if you open the bag with the partition unzipped, anything you managed to stuff in that upper half falls out of the suitcase. I can make it work but it’s too much of a hassle. I wish Hanke had this exact size 14” bag with a lid-style opening like their other bags so you could use the full depth of the suitcase. Hanke does make a 16” version with the lid-style opening that I would have bought, but it’s too wide to fit under the seat on the plane because the other dimension too wide. With all that said, if you don’t have anything that is taller than about 3.5” at it’s smaller dimension, you will love this little bag. Very durable and, if not for my challenges with the one item I primarily needed the bag for, I would be very happy with the bag. I am still giving it 5 stars because it will be great for most people. I will continue to search for a hard sided underseat spinner that opens on the front edge so that I can fit my CPAP and medications in a hard sided underseat bag.

I travel weekly for work and have had numerous small rolling briefcases and suitcases in an effort to get something that is small and lightweight but yet holds all my work electronics. This is EXACTLY what I should have went with to begin with, it is a little pricey but totally worth every penny. Where to start….it is lightweight and the materials are of a good sturdy quality. The handle does not wobble like every other bag I have had, you know what I mean when you are trying to get from one end of the airport to the other and the handle is all shakey and feeling like it’s going to fall off or pull out. Arggggg sucks. This bag once you click it to one of the MANY heights it is locked and completely secure. Now about the outside case WOW it is very firm but with enough flexibility to allow you to put just a little more in and still zip it shut. Now for the wheels…..(imagine head exploding with shock and awe). Holy Moly!!! So smooth and wonderful they roll smoothly from hard floor to carpet and I feel no difference in the amount of effort I have to use. They roll and are very rolly but yet very sturdy so when hustling through the airport or the parking lot you do not have to worry about it tipping over….and keeps on moving with you. I will most definitely be keeping my eye on the other sizes and buying more from this brand. If you are on the fence DON’T be click the buy now button!!!

I’m super happy with my 2 purchases from Hanke! I ordered the 29” jet black and the 20” carry-on in blackish-green. I have not traveled with the large one yet, but the carry-on went on its first trip with me last month and I loved it! Very lightweight, the wheels had excellent and smooth moveability, and the color is super pretty! It fit my 18” laptop in perfectly, and was exactly what I was looking for in a carry on. There are several inside zippered compartments that were also wonderful for my airport travels, then using it as a “work bag” while I was out of town and working from shared working spaces. Great product! So far it’s great and looking forward to traveling with the big one soon. I originally ordered the 16” and lovvved it but it was too small for my laptop. After that gorgeous 16” one came in, I fell in love with the blackish green color and needed it as my carry-on size color. I had looked at a lot of suitcases online and Hanke’s video demo of the suitcase’s durability is what made me choose to order with them. I’m happy I did!

I purchased this small 14 inch spinner for a recent trip to Europe. I wanted to wait until I returned to do a review. This spinner was perfect for a carry on. (I did check a larger suitcase with the rest of my stuff.) I had a change of clothes in the zippered side. Put my 11 inch laptop, tablet, cords and cables, and my toiletries in the other side for easy removal for security. The suitcase rolled very well through the airport and on concrete sidewalks. It's lightweight and feels very sturdy. This spinner is perfect for the smaller aircraft that are sometimes the final leg of your flight segment. You can also buy a 16 inch version of the suitcase in case you travel with a larger laptop. Suitcase arrived in perfect condition is a very sturdy cardboard box.

This little gem is worth the price! It is super cute! Comes in great colors! Sturdy wheels, handles and zipper. And it fits a surprising amount of “stuff”. I primarily got this bag (and I have many!) to take paperwork, iPad, some clothes, shoes just basics for quick trips back and forth between two States. We travel on a regional jet for one leg of the trip so space is limited and always a mystery what you can and cannot carry on. I specifically looked for under seat carry on. And although I was skeptical it would fit under the seat (United Embraer ERJ-175) IT FIT!!!! With room to spare for my mini tote bag! Love love love!
