I bought this toiletry bag to replace a red nylon Ikea one I'd had for many years with similar features, size and shape. I chose the cognac brown color (dark tan with light tan zippers) with the leather-like trim - as a woman this masculine touch is pleasing and reminds me of my dad who is no longer with me. I always keep my toiletry bag hanging in the bathroom because it keeps my makeup brushes, tools, and small cosmetic items handy, and it makes it quick and easy to pack for a trip. One of the reasons I chose the D & D bag is because it has mesh pockets rather than just clear vinyl (which can show wear and tear very quickly). Unlike my Ikea bag, the two upper mesh zip pockets in this bag are laminated with translucent vinyl, making them sturdier and easy to wipe clean. See-through pockets were a must. As I started transferring my things into the new bag, I was unsure whether everything would fit the way I wanted. Then I realized I'd overlooked three mesh compartments hidden in the inside front of the main compartment. Everything fits beautifully with room to spare and is easily accessible. The two side zipper pockets fit my razor and eyelash curler nicely and they also come with mesh compartments. There's also an outside pocket I'm sure will come in handy, easily accessible when the bag is zipped up. The hanger is sturdy, and I like that it secures inside with Velcro when zipping the bag, unlike my Ikea bag where the hanger would flop around. The tan color bag, unlike the other colors, is a heavy canvas with a nice textured feel to it. I was concerned when I noticed two blotches on the exterior from something I'd spilled inside my travel bag that I was pretty sure was oil-based. Whatever it was, I was pleased to find that simply taking a washcloth with some liquid soap and lightly rubbing the spots for a few seconds removed them completely. The bag is well-sewn, the material is sturdy, it is well-designed and attractive too. It seems like it will last a good many years. I took this on a trip to L.A. two weeks ago and it worked wonderfully. I highly recommend it.

Its nicely made, a good size, and the color is a little different from the pictures but not disappointing. I got the orange one. Zippers seem strong and durable, I havent had it long so I’ll update in a month or so. Its got good storage, i can fit all my toiletries plus my fiances soaps in it so its well worth the price in my opinion. Easy to clean when soap is spilled on it, retains the smell of whatever gets on it so be careful where you store it. The fabric is soft but not weak or easy to cut, overall for a travel bag I couldnt be happier. It has a nice sized hook that seems very sturdy, now i did have my fiance sew over some possible stress points and she added a clip spot on the outside for the loofah to hang and dry. If/when something breaks or tears I’ll come back with an update. Im very happy with the purchase though.

Out of all the toiletry bags I’ve combed through, this bag looked the best. After ordering I received it in a slightly oily box however past that the bag is awesome. The bag feels very high quality and durable. It is simple enough to just unzip and throw stuff into it. Color is spot on and it looks just like the photos. It is plenty roomy and mine fits a full bottle of body wash and much much more. I’ve had several bags in the past with a similar design, most of them tend to sort of slouch and spill your stuff onto the floor however with this one, it does not do that. If you buy this one you you will not be disappointed.
