I LOVE these sweatshirts so much that I've bought more. They are very comfortable and soft. The sleeve length is just right for me and so is hem length. These are well made and I have found them perfect for fall and spring. We have cold winters so on really cold days, I've just worn a tank top under my sweatshirts. I liked them so much that I've bought some to donate to area's women's shelter. I was told that abused women often walk into this protective shelter with nothing but the clothes they are wearing. I can't do much but this I can afford. I don't know if this shelter for abused women will get federal funds now or have cuts. So, besides telling this area's members of Congress how I feel, I think giving something like this could help those in need. I hope so. I purchased two of these Hanes Women's EcoSmart Crewneck Sweatshirts, Size M, in Violet Splendor Heather and Navy Heather. The colors are beautiful. Material is very soft. The sleeves, however, fit very snuggly on the arms, so much so that it is difficult to push them up past the elbows, or wear a shirt underneath. ... show more

I bought this sweat shirt thinking that I was buying something that was cheaply made. I actually bought the sweat shirt in 2 colors ( purple and white) because the price was right. Well let me tell you about this shirt. Size: I wear small to medium in my tops depending on the brand so I ordered a medium as I was not familiar with the brand. The medium fits perfectly with a little room to breathe. Fabric: the fabric is super soft and comfortable not to mention how cozy and warm it makes me feel. It’s not thin or heavy but just right! Washability: let me brag that I washed my purple sweat shirt and dried it in the electric clothes dryer. Guess what? It maintained its shape, comfort, and did not shrink! WOW! I’m highly impressed. Con: The white sweat shirt stains very easily! I own other white pieces of clothing and usually don’t have issues with stains. However the white sweat shirt seems med to have attraction every little stain. This does not detract from my favorite part of owing these sweat shirts, which are the comfort and durability. At first I was hesitate about the sweatshirt because it is Hanes. This sweatshirt fits just right. I got the size Medium and chest is a 34 so this fits fine. Purple color is nice. I will purchase more when I can. We are still receiving cold weather and these keep you warm.

I ordered this knowing it was a light-weight sweatshirt. I needed it for spring weather that can turn chilly just anytime. The purple was a nice lighter color than the picture shows. Quality is good considering how low the sale price is! Glad I checked the size chart instead of taking Amazon’s recommended 2xl since I’ve been losing weight the XL fit just fine.
