I purchased the Hanes Men's EcoSmart Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie in Deep Red (Large), and I am very satisfied with it. The color is vibrant, and the fit is perfect for a casual, relaxed look. So I read the reviews before buying it, and a few people complained that it was too thin. So I figured it was exactly what I was looking for, a lightweight zip-up piece of outerwear. It fits very well, I went with a large (despite being in the lower-medium range of their size chart) and it fits me perfectly (very close fit without being overly tight). So I would suggest ordering a size up from wherever your measurements put you. It adds warmth without making me overheat like my thicker winter jacket does. It is sort of a sweatshirt material on the outside but a very soft fleece (or similar) fabric on the inside so it’s very comfortable. It has give, and will stretch if needed. Overall this is an amazing product for the $12.50 price tag. Very happy I purchased this. The only downside I see with it is that the pockets are extremely shallow so they won’t fit a wallet or a cell phone (unless you happen to be sporting a Motorola Razr, which I am not). But at $12.50 I certainly can’t rate it below 5 stars for that. Good product. Will be a great 4 seasons jacket. It works very well. Small enough can even wear it under a thicker jacket in the coldest weather.

It's a decent throw on hoodie to keep you warm in cooler weather. Decent price point. My only annoyance is the shallow pockets. If you have a bigger model phone (mine is an S24), it will not fit securely inside the pocket. These pockets are super disappointing. As a woman, I tend to favor men's hoodies and jeans/shorts even because you guys actually have normal, useful pockets while we women get these useless itty bitty barely hold a chapstick tube pocket. Forget stashing a phone. There is a reason we get excited over skirts and dresses that have pockets. Yes, that is real. Some of us prefer function over fashion and it would be even coolder to have both. But I will take function. So...I got this hoodie with high hopes of deep pockets so I can store my phone and keys and deal with my ridiculous shallow jean pockets to hold my chapstick and not have to carry a purse or bag but nope...this hoodie's pockets are shallow. So..I am sorry to my boyfriend because he is lucky enough to have hoodies with useable pockets so I guess I will be THAT girlfriend and "borrow" his and use this hoodie for around the house warmth. When I get a hoodie, I want the pockets to be deep enough to secure my phone, keys, chapstick, small animals I collect while on hikes, a small bear and maybe a kitchen sink. I kid about the small animals, bear and kitchen sink but deep functional pockets are a cool thing. This hoodie doesn't offer up deep pockets. Will not store small animals or even my phone so I have to take away 2 stars for lack of a needed, desired function.

My last gray zip up hoodie finally got retired when the zipper on it failed, so I was worried that I would have trouble finding another similar one that I liked. Enter the Hanes hoodie. It is perfect for me. It is just enough weight to take the chill off, and it's very comfortable. As a bonus, it has a metal zipper. Perhaps it'll last even longer than the other brand. Of course the real bonus is that it was less than $20 bucks. It makes me think I should have bought five of these, but I just needed the one.
