Great in the house pants for my 82-year-old uncle who is recovering from a broken hip very easy to come often and on with his recovery since December of last year and the value is good as well! He’s 125 pounds about 5’8’ These have helped them tremendously with true to fit and easy often on with his recovery. I highly recommend as a lounge pant or even going out as they’re not too baggy and fit appropriately. Also, a nurse recommended these as she uses these for her clients multiple times a month.!! (Review of: Hanes Essentials Sweatpants, Men’s Cotton Jersey Pants with Pockets, 33”, Black, Large) I put a lot of thought into buying some comfy pants/sweats, lounge ware, & have looked for several months. I have been looking a long time for 100% Cotton, AFFORDABLE, Thin, Breathable, Sweat pants. I seem to be allergic to polyester & most other current sweat pants for sale are made of polyester. Burns my skin after a short while & Expensive! I'm older, disabled and spent a lot of my time laying down and I need comfy pants. I purchased 2 pairs of Black. They came yesterday and I put them both on for fit & to see if they were identical. I am 215 Pounds, 6 ft tall. I ordered Large. They are an inch too long for me but will shrink in length (according to feedbacks). They are slightly baggy, again shrinkage from washing will tighten up the bagginess. They are a little, (just a little) stiff & rough because I have not washed them yet. Then they should fluff & puff & get softer, (again according to feedbacks). I plan to wash them in Cold Water, Dry only till VERY damp & then I will hang them by the cuffs, pant leg bottoms with a double clip on a hanger to finish drying, using gravity to keep the length & control over shrinkage. NO BLEACH! Cotton takes a little care but is superior,(for me). I liked the 2 new pairs of Hanes 100% Cotton sweat pants I just received. So I just ordered 3 more, in other colors. The only negative I see is the butt area is a little tight at 1st. Wearing, washing & stretch the Cotton to fit your body. The pants seem to be well made. I like how much better they breath, but that's Cotton! ... show more

These are very comfortable sweatpants for around the house as pajamas or out and about. They fit well, and are a good value for the money. This is a good quality product, and I like the fact that they has pockets.

These sweatpants are comfortable and lightweight, making them fine for lounging or casual wear. The fit is true to size, and the pockets are handy. However, the material feels thinner than expected and not as durable as other Hanes items I’ve owned. I bought these sweatpants for my husband in navy and black. He is a large man, and wearing jeans all day was not comfortable for him. I was looking for something that didn’t look as sloppy as sweats in case he popped out to the store. These pants are perfect! They actually look neat enough to be seen in public! As indicated, they are 33” inseam. I did hem them up since the length was too long. He was so happy with this purchase, we ordered 2 more! Fit well for extra tall men. Long rise is perfect for long waisted 6'6" man. Will buy again as they are reasonable price, considering how much more big n tall shop catalog and stores are pricing them at. they also wash n dry up beautifully too.

I love my sweats. Very comfortable, keeps me warm,quality is great and the elastic waist band doesn't cut into my waist. The only thing I have a issue with is the length. I ordered a 36 waist and I'm about 5'8ish and the length is long. Hope this helps.
