At first I was gonna return the heat press because the directions to work the control is not very clear. I decided to just mess around with it and eventually figured out how to change the temp and timer. Use the vinyl setting to adjust the temp and timer. My wife uses the cricut heat-press so I got this one to compare. It's an extremely sturdy product and works very well. It's easy to place the shirt and design, and easy to align it all to make sure it all comes out straight. Definitely good a good product to use to start a home business.

I got the bigger size press which can handle larger designs or numbers which I used it for very easily. The media could not be loaded. I was hopeful for a good item based on the few reviews and the fact that it has attachments if this item is horrible. It takes so long to heat, the sliding is very finicky, and comes forward about 2 inches only. Also, the constant beeping is annoying, not to mention the loud beep for every second or degree you’re adjusting up or down. Can’t control the volume as well. ... show more
