The media could not be loaded. I put rechargeable batteries in it. The batteries work. Sadly the device does not power on. Of course there would be one of these not working. Mass production of quantity over quality. Don't expect your first one you receive to work. I'm either thinking of tossing it, demanding a working replacement that they test themselves, or demand a refund. I just wanted this to repair my clothes when I don't want to buy new clothes. I got this in the hope to repair a pocket in my pants. I can't use that pocket or anything I put in there will fall out. 😒😒😒 ... show more

    • Wasn't what I thought it be.
Item is light weight. Not what I thought it would be. Hars to lift face plate, no bobber, have to pull thread out and knot your stitch yourself to secure. Not very handy. Trashed it

It works I guess. I haven't used it yet but, I did take it out of the box for a quick look and I found that the lock and push-to-sew button is extremely loose and flimsy. But I'm hoping that it will work for the small projects that I have in store for it.

Right now, I am absolutely hating this product. I won't give up on it though, because I am stubborn. I have watched a bunch of YouTube tutorials on how to properly work this (outside of the instructions it comes with). No matter what fabric I used (be it the test fabric it came with, or my own) it does NOT want to stitch the fabric. I tried going extremely slow, and increasing the speed, and it still won't "catch" the fabric. And I got this for an extremely specific portion of sewing. I currently feel like I wasted my money. But I will keep trying different mothers. Until then, I will give it a 2. And if I can get it to work how I need it too, and can come back I will update my review. Until then. ... show more
