It is very easy to use through the seabird sticker app. Just link the Bluetooth and type. Don't forget to remove the protective piece on the nozzle before printing. Don't have to press hard on it, just move smoothly. If printing is dis-formed, clean the nozzle with tissue paper. There is a non-english YouTube video about fixing the printer parts and it is very detailed one. after about 8 months of using this amazing piece of equipment, it is a great tool. if you stopped printing for more than a day, you are going to find waxing on nozzle which can be removed used by cotton soaked in acetone. also, if the print ink is too light shake the printer well and clean the extra ink drops from nozzle. if there is some plain strikes inside the text, just a light swipe for the nozzle using a piece of cotton soaked in acetone. a full charged battery will be enough for many printing hours. honestly, i charged it 3 times in 8 months but i have a very light printing processes. The only problem till now is that there are 2 android apps which has a limited number of fonts. ... show more

The instructions could be more detailed. Learning to charge the unit took a little time to figure out because there are two ports that the included cable will fit. Only one of those is for charging. We encountered an issue with the front roller's cracking. We contacted customer service and the company sent a replacement with no question. ... show more

Out of the box, after charging for over an hour, the printer turned on once long enough to print a few samples. Within 30 minutes the printer turned off and would never turn back on. Great price but for the amount of time spent trying to get it to work, it’s not worth the time or money.
