This is a fun gaming toy, with 500 games, set up to play like the Gameboys of yesteryear. I had fun trying out a few of the games, but immediately had a few complaints. The first complaint I had is that the default language is Chinese and in order to play in English you must change that each time you turn on the console. The second complaint I have is that there is no volume control, or if there is, I wasn't able to find it. As such, the music is loud and gets annoying because it repeats after a very short while, just playing the same thing over and over and over....and over. This is a big complaint for me as any parent is going to get upset at their kid playing this console and not being able to turn it down. So, that's a big no for me. But if you aren't bothered by loud, digital gaming music then this handheld gaming console will be perfect for you!

This is the lowest price I have seen these go for, and all have various case sizes, controller buttons and batteries and by far this is the best one yet. The diagonal was fixed with a circular 360 degree rotation allowing for those hard diagonals to register finally unlike other + that wiggle, the buttons are firm but have spring and no side wiggle the sound is loud, the battery never seemed to go down at all as I scrolled through all 500 of games inside. Sure some are duplicates, or ports or sped up versions but the best ones from yesteryear are spot on, and you will also find some gems and some not so good ones. Great for a backpack road trip, camping daily bus ride or even on the John. Retro games are so much fun and you can't beat the price anywhere for these types of 500 in one games arcade nes style. Comes with long cord to hook up Yellow Video and one single red audio to an old tv, or projector. (I haven't tried this feature yet however personally.) This is working out great for me fits in the pocket and a good way to pass the time . I am going to keep the screen protector on as long as possible the display is larger and crisp. for under 15$ makes great gifts for your uncle or for yourself. I am amazed at low cost compared to others. Just my opinion and experience yours may vary but you can't go wrong with cost and upgraded buttons and case is nice. screen is wide and bright, quick to boot. The downside: Older style flat trapezoid usb cable, and it takes a bit to finesse it into charging. no save really just play and then well stop or old school leave it on. unable to re-order favorites, top games or most played to the top so you have to scroll a bit to get it going, then start over with the select language option-. Otherwise, a decent little portable. Stocking stuffer! Growing up on these games, and then having them in my pocket not having to drain my cell battery is so cool. This is a deal. screen looks better in person. Nice feel on the hands. SO happy I got this. If you're reading this you already know exactly what you're in for, so here's your sign to buy it. It's loaded with more than 500 games, 503 to be exact, all of varying quality, but you already knew that. There are some hidden gems on here, a few classics, and some games I'm shocked they were able to include at all. You'll surely have a blast just going through the tracklist saying "no they didn't" and realizing they did. (Game #14) The controls are responsive and solid, the screen is retro and gorgeous, and the design is pretty awkward to hold with adult hands. Another issue I have with this machine is that the sound is pretty bad, but fortunately it has a headphone jack to compensate. I almost forgot to mention that you can plug this into your TV. Have fun!

Fun little pocket retro game. This could be a great gift or stocking stuffer. It comes preloaded with a bunch of good old games. It's pretty lightweight but not terribly flimsy. I like the fact that it has a rechargeable battery. At this price it meets all of my expectations.

Don't let the cool colorway on this device fool you, it's a cheap famiclone. Like so many of the others you'll see filled with questionably obtained Nintendo ROMs, odd ROM hacks, and unusual games you've never heard of. The device is much smaller than it appears on some of the pictures as well. It's screen is dim and not very colorful, with screen tearing present in several games. The controls feel pretty nice for one of these devices, and the NES classics included are playable, but you can find MUCH better retro emulation devices for not much more money.

So I was very surprised to see this has a lithium battery, it lasts a good long time of play. Just be aware that while some of the games are familiar titles, others may not be, given that there is 500 of them. The handheld its self is nice to hold, good controls, adorable design, and comfortable buttons. If you're looking for a cheap handheld for a younger kid to keep them busy without the price of a regular retro handheld that is similar, this will do the job.
