I am absolutely thrilled with this organizer! If you own any Large Hobo bag, you know that while the bag is stunning, it can quickly become a "bottomless pit" because of its soft, slouchy structure. This insert is a total game-changer. What I Love: The Fit: It is clearly custom-tailored. It hugs the interior walls of the bag perfectly without stretching the leather or distorting the chic, supple shape of the hobo. It actually helps the bag maintain a beautiful silhouette when set down. Premium Materials: The Matte Black finish looks incredibly high-end and blends seamlessly with the interior. I love these handbag organizers, not even so much for the organization value (which is great) but for how it lines my expensive handbag and protects the inside from damage. It fits perfectly, provides plenty of extra pockets, and adds some structure to the slouchy base of the bag without adding bulkiness or extra weight. The material it's made out of is perfect for the purpose, it's waterproof and it wipes clean easily. I like that there are colors to choose from depending on the color of your bag, so you can choose a lighter color (to make things easier to find) or one that matches more closely to the bag so it's more discreet. I've had other bag inserts from this company and they are all very durable. I had to take one star off for the fact that there is a ridiculously large logo across the elastic band that is intended to hold a water bottle or something similar. It's garish and it cheapens the whole product. This insert is designed for a luxury bag, and that strap is the opposite of a luxury look. I don't know why makers do this, but if they absolutely have to, why make it so bold? I personally think the manufacturer puts way to much effort into the packaging, it arrives with bows and wrappings that I'm sure add to the overall selling price. It would be nice, in a way... if it didn't lead to that massive logo inside.

The outside part is like paper but I like that it helps protect the inside of the bag from scratches and small spills, especially from things like keys or makeup. The multiple pockets make it way easier to stay organized instead of digging around for everything. One cool feature is the built-in cup holder, which actually comes in handy for holding a small drink or bottle. Even though it is designed for a specific bag (YSL) it still fits Kate Spade bag.
