Excellent customer service. I had received my hand pan but a few of the notes had no resonance. I reached out to customer service and they were absolutely phenomenal in sending me a replacement right away and this one that I received today sounds just heavenly. They did explain that although very rare that once in a blue moon this can happen. I would definitely recommend this beautiful handpan 100%. I purchaced a taller hand painted stand from Amazon for it and the set up is just lovely! I will be playing it daily! The media could not be loaded. Well packed, everything included plus an extra rim clip. I have 2 Handpans tuned to the 440Hz D Krud Scale and was looking for handpan tuned to 432Hz tuning. I was pleasantly surprised to find this 10 note 432Hz D Kurd Scale so reasonably priced. The notes are definitely deeper, and have a more harmonious and resonant sound, than my 440Hz tuned Handpans. Great because I was looking to create mindfulness and a calming space for meditation, sound healing, Reiki shares and yoga. Great price for overall sound quality. The durable nitride-treating was a bonus. Contacted Amazon, with questions and the supplier responded directly. The stand is low to the ground. I do not play my Handpans on a stand so having it stored low to the ground is preferred because it helps to stabilize the handpan while being stored. Great handpan for beginners or someone looking for a 432Hz tuning.

Awesome for the price! I think real musicians may be disappointed? I've heard reviews that they are often out of tune? But I purchased this as a simple introduction to music and something to learn easy patterns and meditative hobby, for. So it has met all of my needs. It sounds nice and is easy to play, great size. Only critique is that the highest 3 notes are consistently more difficult to get nice sound out of, they are less responsive to taps and sound "tin"ier than the low notes.

I've always loved the sound of these. I did a lot of research and decided to invest in this one as a starter to see if I would stick with it. I've been taking some tutorials on line and am able to find peaceful joy for hours just sitting and playing this. Very calming, and absorbing.

Our family loves the sound of hang/hand pan drums and we have wanted one for years. We didn't want to spend thousands on an instrument that we didn't know how to play nor knew if our kids would stick with lessons. We have been afraid of the cheaper drums as you often "get what you pay for" and we didn't want a toy like a recorder. This drums though is perfect! It has a rich mellow tone and pairs wonderfully with my daughters flute. It is easy to play and even the dreaded practicing of scales, is surprisingly pleasant and nobody minds. We are going to get a second drum as it's so popular during "jam" sessions. This drum has allowed us to enter into the pan world at an affordable price. Thank you Kelisiting!

Came in D Major instead of D minor but still amazing to play with. Great tone and sound, with very soothing sound. The provided mallets sound nice, and it's very fun to experiment with different things like dulcimer hammers. Highly recommend, but be aware that the D Minor is actually D Major, in case you're looking for something that fits a specific key.
