The tool did what I needed , to cut addition ceramic tile for my bathroom under a vanity that I was replacing. It was also able to cut glass wall tile, not perfect. But it did a fine job, only edges that was to the edge of the wall or mirror. Initially I had no plans on purchasing glass tile or able to cut glass tile. But I was pleased with the final results of both the floor tile and glass wall tile. From a small project just doing floor tile to allowing me to upgrade to do wall glass tile in my bathroom. Recommend to do a few practice cuts on scrape tiles. I also watched a few u-tube videos on using this type of tool. Easy to use, and well worth the cost.

Snapped 33” porcelain with ease. Ceramic is a joke under this machine as it is meant to snap up to 1/2” thick slabs, so it’s sturdy and ready for anything you throw at it. It has wheels on the front and a handle on the back to move it around ( the handle is a little tight to get your fingers under). The snapping line has spring loaded decks opposed to a rubber matt or cork and the wings also are the same. For this price - you have yourself a great snapping machine. I am very pleased with the tool. I like the orange color, the side wings, and the rip guide at the top. I use my wet saw 75% less with this tool. 💪🏾 Talking to the seller online was a little strange and online support was confusing because the first one I bought was busted at the cast mold that holds the long guide arm to the machine but Amazon made it easy to replace and I can buy new cutting wheels at the local stores near me. If I could order 2 more winglets I would but I can’t seem to find the offer anywhere.

On the first cut the snap cut through the tile was at a diagonal vering off by about 1/8th inch. Was ready to return it but thought I would first check to see if there was any adjustments. The mounting screws for the beam did have a bit of adjustment but not quite enough, so I had to file the holes into slots (and 1 of the washers to) to get enough play to line up the cutter so it was exactly over the snapping bar below the tile. It works great now and have done several jobs with it. Just so others know this type of cutter does not work well for textured surface tiles, it works great on smooth face tiles. Also you want to make one single firm pass with the cutter, NOT multiple passes, for the cleanest cuts. Addition: sorry the third Pic needed to rotate, it shows how far the cutting wheel is off from the snapping bar below it.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price but it cuts flawlessly. I am a tile contractor and have multiple boards (mostly sigma) and don’t want to pay $1700 for a 52” sigma. I ordered the is one in hopes that it would get me by until something better comes along. I was surprised with the first cut. No chipping, no broken tiles, flawless and a great price. I will be looking into the whole lineup of boards in the future.

So the cutter itself is of good quality however the laser on it is faulty. It flickers in and out. When I went to product support it linked to tiler UK, which according to them does not sell this product nor sell items online. I then dug deeper and found the company and attempted 4 times to contact them with no response. By the time I realized that I cannot get through to the company my window to return the entire item has past. Pretty sad for an item at this price point.

I had only previously used a wet saw. This was WAY cleaner, easier, and quieter. Despite losing some versatility from the wet saw, it made up for that being able to do all my cutting inside. While I had to attempt a few round cuts (with nippers) twice due to cracking, the ease of the straights cuts made it worth it.
