The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. My faucet had the same treads as the valve so it was a direct plug and play, although a few adapters are included. They also include some cheap Teflon/PTFE tape but it's not really needed as all the components have gaskets. The biggest downside is the quailty, this is for a utility sink so I'm not too worried. I do not think I would drink out of this. All of the parts are chrome plated plastic. I damaged the finish on the included aerator so I just use the one that was originally on the sink. The shower head works good and has two settings but my included aerator shot the water out on an angle, hence why I just used the faucets original aerator. The mount leaves somthing to be desired, it's very cheap. The portion you stick to the wall is aluminum that is thinner than a soda can. I would guess that this part would be the first to fail. Bottom line: I'd recommend for occasional use (indoors) in a laundry room setting or out of sight of guests as the fit and finish is a bit unsightly. ... show more

I bought this and put in my guest bathroom. It broke after about 1 1/2 years. In total it lasted no more than 10 uses. The plastic handle that directs the flow of water just snaped. . .as pictured.

    • Great but will leak after two months
I was excited to purchase. I use it to wash my clients hair. I purchased this back in Nov 2021 and now it leaks. If I have the water coming out the faucet some water will now flow from the hose even if I have that valve closed. Once I turn the water off my faucet will drip a bit for awhile. Efficient but I guess you get what you pay for in the long run. ... show more

I have no clue if I installed it correctly as it didn't come with instructions and I have about 3 or 4 pieces that aren't being used. I did my best to follow the steps in the picture. It runs perfectly fine, though! I'm able to turn the spray on and off and switch between the two flows. It doesn't seem to have increased water pressure and maybe one of my left over pieces is for that cause. I'm able to hydrate my daughter's hair a lot better with this sprayer now since I can reach all around her head. ... show more

We had a different hose attached to a laundry tub and it wasn't working after several years. Tired this and it's perfect. I wash my hair color out in the laundry sink to avoid the color staining our shower. I needed a good showerhead that didn't splatter everywhere and didn't leak like so many others do.     • Doesn’t last.
It worked fine at first. It was sort of a pain to have to turn the lever to have to use it. And the switch that switched from a stream to a shower sprayer doesn’t really work that well. You have to keep clicking awhile for it to switch to a stream. After a couple months of using it, the lever got stiff and was sort of difficult to turn. I got scared that it was going to break off so I avoided using it when I didn’t need it. Which is kind of like…. Why even have it, ya know? I bought the thing in February and the lever finally broke a few days ago, in December. It’s not possible to fix it, so I had to trash the whole thing. If you need a quick temporary fix, I guess you could try it. But there are other options out there that would probably be easier to use in the first place and would probably last longer ... show more
