Opened the box & found a nice red cedar case. In packaged the sewing machine, popped in new batteries, & nothing. It was deader than a door nail. In boxed the power supply pluggedit in & it glowed red. Plugged it into the machine & did a test run of 2 inches. It worked ok. I tried a 2nd test an no workie. I unplugged it replugged, nothing. I tilted it back and forth thinking it may have had a sensor, still nothing. I in plugged it & the power supply glowed red again. Plugged it in and out went the light. Then I tried something silly. I stood it vertical & it lit up & worked. I think it has a short in the system somewhere. I have a return setup to get rid of the defective thing. :/ ... show more
