Easy to install and seems to be well made. I had been wanting to buy an iBert bike carrier but was having trouble finding them. This seemed to be a very similar design. Happy that it fit on my modern day mountain bike. The mounting bracket clamped onto the steerer tube of the fork and has a low profile. Took about 15 min to install. Truly, this might be the greatest thing I’ve ever bought. I’ve had baby riding in it for about 5 months now and I love it more everyday. The one handed way buckle is a dream (as compared to the darn ibeep) it’s so totally easy. Clear the strap, put baby in and with one hand I hold babe and bike and the other I buckle and tighten. It’s so smooth and comfortable for baby and me getting on and off. Straps are wide enough that I can loosen over helmet so I can always do helmet when baby is not in the seat. Baby does his own feet most of the time and loves to ride in the seat. If you have a 2” stem this is the seat for you 100%. If you have a mountain bike as I do it’s still a great seat but requires a little more work. I have a Marlin 5 Trek bike small frame so installation was a bit of a project but I took it to the bike shop. I have A head attachment and actually installed a lift for my handlebars so that it would fit better - but being able to have my bike and this seat was worth the time and extra couple dollars to change the bike around. It does limit my turning radius a bit but I count that actually as a gift - keeps me from taking anything too tight with baby. I did consider sawing off the bottom of the feet attachments because they’re not really needed and that would solve the turning radius problem (that’s my bike specific but may be helpful for others with mountain bikes). They key system for easy removal of the seat is incredible! If you go for a ride without baby, takes 10 seconds to take it the seat off and 5 to put it back on the bike. ... show more

This looked like a great seat and we were excited to put it on the bike and go riding today. But, the seat is tiny and our two year old looks like a gigantasaur in it. We didn’t think our child was gigantic but now….we’re wondering if he’s huge or if this bike seat is really small.

Love it! ..and obviously so does my almost two year old. What I want to emphasize is that this bike seat fits on newer mountain bikes. It also comes with the bracket to attach the seat to your bike so no need to purchase that separately. We purchased two so we could easily change the seat to someone else’s bike if needed. I've only used this seat a few times and think highly of it so far. My son is 7 months old and 18lbs. It's been so nice having him with me going on bike rides. He seems to enjoy our rides. The seat fits him snuggly along with the shoulder straps that secure him to the seat. It installed in minutes. I like the way the seat looks on my bike, and have recieved good comments on it.
