The color is very pretty but the shorts themselves weren't what my 11yo was picturing based on the description and item photos. When she wore them on her natural waste, they were indecently short. We had to pull them down to almost her hips so that her underwear wasn't exposed. The flouncy look is fun, but the fabric is stiffer than we expected. The separation into shorts between the legs causes some awkward bunching and puckering of the fabric.

The Haloumoning Girls Bubble Shorts are honestly a great little find for the price. They’re soft, lightweight, and comfortable enough for active kids to run around in without feeling restricted. The wide-leg, pleated design gives them a cute "skort" look, and the added pockets are actually usable, not just for show. Material-wise, they’re good—not super thick, but breathable and perfect for hot days. The waistband has a comfortable stretch without being too tight.
