We’re expecting a new baby and wanted to replace the bassinet we used the last time around. Our complaints about the one we had before were that it was bulky and hard to move, and it was too short for our liking. This one fits great in our small bedroom! The legs are low profile enough that they’re easy to maneuver around. The shelf is a nice upgrade from what we had before since I can toss extra bassinet sheets, swaddles, and PJs on it. It’s still a little short for our liking (I’m 5 ft 8 inches and my husband is 6 ft 4 inches), but the height is such that we can still lean over in bed and tend to baby so we like that. It’s a great value when you’re looking for something on a budget, especially since you don’t use a bassinet for very long. It was also fast to assemble. Last, I want to mention that it is extremely light, as they say. I expected it to still be heavy since it’s not a small item, but when it arrived at our house I carried it in with one hand. I don’t think you can say that about many bassinets so we were very impressed!

We recently used this while on vacation and it was the best! It was super easy to put together, taking a grand total of less than 10 minutes from opening the box to placing baby in. It's also super easy to break down which is a must for us since we are using this as our traveling bassinet. I love the mesh sides because I don't have to worry about if my baby gets up on the sides and I can easily see her when I am laying down. There is also a lot of space for small babies and my newborn had a ridiculous amount of room. I love that there is also a storage shelf so if you're traveling you can keep all of baby's essentials within arms reach or even if you use this as your main bassinet at home you can put all of your stuff and baby's stuff in there and have it easily accessible.

I'm really not into all the lace and frills that too many baby related items sport so I was really happy to come across this beauty. Its simple, clean look suits my style perfectly. It didn't take my husband and I very long to assemble the bassinet, though the box it comes in is quite large and bulky. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space so it can set up next to the bed if you like, the mesh sides make it easy to see baby and helps keep the temperature down in the summer, and the shelf makes it easy to store must have items like diapers, wipes, burping cloths, and more. Overall: This is an excellent bassinet for gifting or grabbing for your own little one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Halo is a tried and true brand. You can not go wrong with Halo. This bassinet was an absolute BREEZE to put together. And then you have postpartum brain fog. Or pregnancy brain, that is an added bonus. It’s extremely sturdy, I wouldn’t expect anything less. This would be a good bassinet for tall moms also. I am rather tall and at its tallest height. It’s very convenient. The netting is strong, the bed portion is comfy. But safe. I would choose halo over other brands any day knowing they have been around for years. It also has the clean aesthetic that a lot of moms want. Overall 10/10 recommend this product to others!

This HALO Bassinet is an awesome, functional, and simple bassinet. The build is quite sturdy and not flimsy at all. There is no flex to the sizes or legs, and the extra storage on the bottom helps the overall structure. The white fabric and neutral legs makes it look airy and elegant. Being it a bassinet, it's also pretty easy to move around the bedroom to find the best place for you and the baby.
