I bought this as a gift for a friend who's having an April baby, and I'm honestly really impressed with it. It feels sturdy but still lightweight, and the design is so well thought out. I love how it slides right up to the bed and has that drop-down side for easy access, especially for those middle of the night feeds when you don't want to fully get up. The mesh sides are a huge plus too. It feels breathable and safe, and you can easily see baby at all times without having to lean over constantly. It just gives that extra peace of mind. It also looks really nice in person, not bulky or awkward like some bassinets can be. Very clean and neutral, so it'll match pretty much any room. Overall, I feel really good about gifting this. It seems like one of those things that will actually make those newborn months a little easier.

We are very pleased with this bassinet for use with an extra bedroom when I'm trying to give my wife some extra rest or privacy or when we have help around the house watching our baby from the spare bedroom., The nice thing about this bassinet compared to others from HALO is the side-by-side view and ability to easily interact without. The tradeoff is a little extra effrot to assemble compared to ones that just have the rotating top that doesn't swing or slide like this one. If you prefer the adjustability, you will like this one more and it's not like you need to constantly break it down or reassemble if you plan to use it in a single room. We are happy with the quality of the construction for the price as well. A good choice from a trusted brand for safe baby sleep.

This bassinet is fine and as advertised. It’s a bit pricey for what it is but it was worth it to me to have the bedside functionality with a trusted brand. Minus one star because halo apparently does not sell sheets to fit this bassinet. The set that is branded for this bassinet is too small and won’t fit. When I contacted support they sent me replacement sheets that are for a different product. Pack n play sheets fit great though.

This bassinet is the only thing I could get my baby to fall asleep on. I'm diving 2 stars only because the adjustable height is not tall enough and there are no sheets that fit it properly, including the one that came with it. The tallest height just reaches a normal bed height. It's pretty dissapointing that a brand this big doesn't have the proper accessories.

This bassinet is everything we were looking for after having our first child. We used another even more expensive bassinet before, but we didn’t end up using it much or liking it. We had looked at the original Halo bassinets, but we didn’t like the flexible top support as we felt it was too flimsy and we were worried about accidentally letting the side down while sleeping. We did realize we needed some sort of zip down side after using our first bassinet though because it was too hard to take the baby out of the bassinet for feeding in the middle of the night. This new Halo bassinet was perfect because it was compact, nice and sturdy, and had the zip down side. It also has 5 height settings and the legs are out of the way and not a tripping hazard. Assembly was pretty simple. Overall, I think it’s competitively priced versus other premium bassinets and well designed.

The middle metal support is wobbly causing the bassinet to be unstable. Not sure if I feel comfortable putting my newborn in this. Disappointed in the quality considering the price tag. I put it all together and have to take it apart and return it. Very annoyed. I gave a gentleman’s two star rating because it looks nice? But I’m not sure if commenting on the aesthetics of a parachute is an appropriate review given the whole purpose of a parachute is not for it to look pretty but to be safe.
