I installed so it overhangs the wood fram for a fish pond. It’s a simple, efficient design and works well. It needs to be supported well, since it’s a hard plastic which will crack if stressed.

Needed to buy this, a pump, and some tubing. 1.5" This setup works pretty well! The water started filthy after being stagnant in the summer for a month after my last filter died, but after two days the top two or so inches are clear again. Not all of it, but I'm sure it will continue to improve as the good bacteria comes back and the filter gets established. I fit a few little plants in the top of the filter and it looks nice.

Very easy to setup, the quality of filtering is very good, no leakages, just clean with the garden hose, this is a good value to keep your fish happy. The size is perfect.

Great waterfall design, easy to assemble. Needed over 20 minutes to remove three double-sided tape strips with a razor-isopropyl alcohol combination. The tape deserves six stars, please post the brand. Waterfall had straight sheet flow, and is a great aeration feature.
