The media could not be loaded. I brought 2 20inch clip in’s and only 1 of the boxes came newly packaged, why the other come used. What’s up with that? I will be sending back, that’s nasty to send me already used hair.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see from the video it doesn’t blend well with my straightened natural hair. If I have a relaxer it might’ve blended better. The hair itself is a bit thin and it has “wave” to it so not bone straight. But its human! So it didn’t burn when I straightened it. I feel like I needed like two of three more pieces and I would been good. All in all for the price it wasn’t horrible.
