These are not 100%cotton nor a cotton blend, more like polyester- However my daughter loved them and I purchased for a quilt to make for her. Washed fist, no need to iron, some unraveling to be expected and I did put them into a quilt they iron beautifully and make an awesome crease. They lay perfectly flat once sewed into the blocks. However hindsight would be to use a fusible stabilizer on them fist. I am overall impressed! ... show more
