I bought this watch in August and by December the watch would not charge. I tried for a replacement but with no luck and I tried to replace the battery but again no luck. Seller said to talk to Amazon - Amazon said to talk to seller. I am now trying to get a refund. I would take a replacement but I'd have to go through the seller and that is not easy. The window to return the watch was about a month and have been told several times that the window is closed. I know that.....very frustrated. I like the watch but if it won't charge what good is it. I thought Amazon was easy to work with.....the customer support person just said I would get a full refund. Now not sure if I should order another one of these watches???? ... show more

If you could reply to texts or answer calls like you can on many other watches, it would be better. But as is its just decent. Its not super accurate for everything but it's pretty close almost always. Swim workouts are NEVER accurate however. Touch screen can be a little delayed sometimes but thY could be the screen protector I put on it at fault. Its worth it if you wana keep track of your fitness level for basic stuff and see messages. Editing to add that I've had it since August 18th, its now November 22 and for the last 2 weeks no matter what I do it will NOT stay connected to my phone longer than a few hours. It disconnects from Alexa about 2mins after I reconnect it and none of the troubleshooting nor common sense solutions work. It's become worthless as anything more than a digital watch. ... show more

Likes: Battery life - so far, I only need to charge every 7 days compared to my old Samsung Neo 2's every 2 days. Exercise reminders especially for walking - makes me get up from my computer desk and start walking around the house and outside. Having the watch only since Feb. 9, 2022, I still haven't delved in depth on the other exercise apps to make any meaningful evaluation. Light weight - I hardly notice that I have a watch on my wrist. Minimal Chic in black that goes with any of my outfits. Easy to pair first with VeryFitPro app that then connects to VeryFit app and Alexa. Just be sure to put in your correct email address to synch. BIG Dislike: I must have gotten a renewed item (by Amazon? by the manufacturer?) because when I first tapped on Weather, it gave me the then current temperature in a city in Switzerland! And that was a red flag that it was USED before it got to me. However, for the price, I've decided to overlook this blatant business DECEIT and not go through the trouble of returning/exchanging the watch since so far it's working well as far as what I'd expect from a smart watch. BUT it's getting only 3 stars as my consumer satisfaction - BUYERS BEWARE for those who are more principled than me - unless either Amazon or Hafury sends me a real brand new watch (that I paid for BTW) and for which I'd be happy to send them back the one that I currently have. My Previous Smart Watch was a Pebble. So this review is comparing the HAFURY with the Pebble. I turned off the O2 monitor and the Heart Rate monitor to extend battery life. The battery lasted 7 days from 100% to 25%. The alarm vibrations on the HAFURY is much weaker than on the Pebble. I have missed a few alarms because they are so mild that I did not notice them. I have photos attached to the contacts in my android phone. On the Pebble, when a contact called, the watch would show their photo. On the HAFURY I just get the name of the person without the photo. I imagine this could be added with a software update. This HAFURY has Amazon Alexa support. This seems to work well. I can ask questions to the watch and get answers. This only works when I am home and in range of the Alexa device. Amazon sells additional watch bands for the HAFURY brand of watches. This watch is very new and is a larger size than the older HAFURY watches. The HAFURY watch bands I bought were too small for this watch and had to be returned. 08/07/2021 Update the watch uses a 23mm band if you want a different band. ... show more

Loved the watch however after about 6 weeks the band broke and the pin area broke off so it will not hold the pin band.

Everything about it is nice. My biggest issue is that it doesn't find my phone. The wrist shake to wake it up works here and there. But it's nice to track your steps and GPS and heart rate. Alexa is just so you can add an alarm or timer but you have to push on the alexa button which is kinds pointless because its easy to just add it yourself but its nice.. So all in all good as long as you don't need to use it to find your phone. ... show more

First Off Let’s Say I Had Free UNPAID Shipping & It Came In Two Days (Usually Takes A Week For The Other Things I Order On Amazon) I Didn’t Know You Could Or Had To Wear It To Sleep So Not Really Sure About The Sleep Tracker Yet But Other Than That This Watch Is Great The Material Of The Watch Band Is Very Smooth The Products Presentation Itself Is Very Nice As Well With A Nice Clear Screen It Actually Does Everything It Says It Does If You Have Like Extra Thoughts Or Questions About It It Helps A lot To Just Look Around The App & Was Really Easy To Figure Out How To Activate All The Settings & The Modes To Them As Well. The Transitions The Screen Makes When You Go From One Things To Another Are Very Smooth & Not To Mention The Options For Your Screensaver Are Great & FREE!
