Just got the board today. First time I used the pump and the PSI gauge did not work at all, so I had to guess. Took it out on the lake, the board itself is nice...wasn't having the easiest time maneuvering it (I'm used to kayaks) paddle slipped out of my hands and immediately sunk to the bottom of the lake. Update...They responded quickly and offered a refund for the paddle due to not having in stock. Ultimately, very good customer service.

Its a very nice board, lots of space. The only issue was with that the board came without the fin but they were very good at helping us receive a new one! The pump could be better but it still works! Very cute board!

For the price and time to ship, this is actually a surprsingly durable product. It is challenging to use (if you're a first timer) but it's great to learn on STILL water.

I fell in love with this paddle board. It’s great quality and it only takes about 10-15 minutes to inflate with regular hand pump. I recommend an electric pump if you don’t want to use your strength to inflate it.

Colors are vibrant! Even better in person. The pump is just okay, I’m ordering an electric one but definitely used better manual pumps. It was easy to to pump but because of that it took forever. Unlike my other ones it didn’t have the resistant when pumping the air(you need the resistant because then you are taking air and bringing it into the board). I love the pink paddle but it won’t stay locked so I couldn’t stand or else I wouldn’t have felt safe. I’m going to reach out to seller for new paddle. Otherwise I like everything!

This paddleboard comes in a very compact carrying backpack that is easy to carry. It is pretty self-explanatory when setting up. However, to get the right amount of air inside the board can be tricky. There is a gauge on the pump but when I pumped it up, it felt like it was too hard and could burst so I did not fill it up all the way until the directions said. However, it was too soft when I went to stand on it on the water. I pumped it up more and had much better luck using the paddle board. There is a trick to the release valve that took me a few minutes to figure out but once I got it, packing it up into the carrying case was a breeze. The paddle is very easy to put together. This paddle board also has hooks to attach a kayak seat if desired. I did not use a seat, but I chose this board specifically for that option if I one day decide to get a seat for it.

This thing is great quality… I agree with all positive comments from previous reviews. HOWEVA The paddle sank after less than an hour of use. It was a bday present for my daughter so she’s pretty bummed. It makes sense that people learning to use this board are going to fall off and into the water. What DOESN’T make sense is to include an aluminum oar that doesn’t float!!! I realize you need a resilient material, but there are plenty of less expensive composite materials that will float. I was about to order another couple of these for our family and friends to use on the lake, but now I have an oar to replace. I guess I need to think about it some more. Dan

We purchased this and an FunWater board to see the difference; this one is NOT the better board. It is harder to navigate in than the FunWater board. The pump is also extremely exhausting; I’d recommend investing in a good electric pump.

Pump sucks and takes forever to fill. It came bent and has a leak. The PSI gauge does not work either. Regret not going for the more expensive one. The reviews were so high, i expected better!

We have enjoyed the paddleboard until today. My kids were using it and the paddle fell from their hands and immediately sunk. Luckily they had a friend to help them get to shore. When I reached out to the company, they basically said "you should have protected it better." Kind of disappointed that a product meant to be used in the water, doesn't float. What happens if you aren't close to shore? That can be a safety hazard! The paddleboard itself we love! I need to edit to add that the company sent me a replacement paddle after I complained enough.

This is a good board, easily inflatable and fun to use in light waves - but I can’t find contact information for the company to request a new paddle. It is impossible to fix the paddle because the plastic cracked. A great initial experience turned disappointing. And it ended up very positive. I was contacted by the company and compensated so I could buy a new paddle.

I live by a lake but have a small car. I love paddle boarding but the prices went way up on the rentals in my town. Bought these with my fingers crossed, and sooo glad I did. The media could not be loaded. We bought two and they both work but after a little bit we noticed this one was deflating so we kept having to pump it. Then we pumped it and decided to pour water to see if there would be air bubbles and there was. I would recommend buying this paddle board, we had some good laughs watching everyone try to keep their balance while standing.
