    • Good product, But no replacement parts
I got this pool for my 2 year old daughter. She loves it! It is the perfect size for her, and the canopy helps protect her from the sun and keeps the water cooler. Unfortunately after a strong storm came through the canopy and plastic piece holding the tent poles together both broke. I have tried to find replacement parts but they are sold out or not available on the manufacture's website. They are no longer producing this pool so no new parts after they were sold. It may not be bad for people who have shaded areas they can use, but I live in Florida and our backyard has no trees, so the canopy was great. The water got to 100F degrees, which might be nice for an adult but not for a two year old. ... show more

    • Get a filter and vacuum! A chlorine dispenser as well!
The size, depth, shade, thickness of the liner are fantastic! The one thing I really have an issue with, is it’s very difficult to drain completely to clean out any dirt or debris from kid feet getting in and out. I love the tiered plug method, but it leaves a good amount of water in the bottom with no way to drain it entirely and rinse out any debris without pushing the whole thing over, which broke two of the PVC couplings and I had to duct tape them back together. I think this was a pretty significant design flaw for the amount paid for it. So if you get this, be sure to either buy a filter and some kind of vacuum, either wet/dry shop vac, or pool specific one. ... show more
