First, I want to say that even though this cover isn't the best fit on my recliner, it still makes my chair looks so much better than it did before! The quality is good, the fabric is soft and comfy and quite beautiful to look at. It was a bit of a pain to get this cover on, and the elastic tabs meant to be attached to the chair really didn't work on my chair (which is electric) so I had to do some makeshift workarounds. Also, my chair arms are quite wide, and despite the stretchiness of the fabric, I had trouble stretching it enough to cover them completely. I managed it, but the seams don't really line up like they should. So keep that in mind if you're covering a plumper recliner. My main reason for knocking off one star, though, is because the bottom (the part you sit on) has to be retucked every day. Just getting in and out of the chair pulls the fabric free. It's annoying to have to constantly tuck it all back in. There's nothing down the sides of that bottom cushion to hold the cover in place. Despite the fact the fit isn't perfect, I do love the look and feel of it. I'll probably try to find a way to better secure it to the bottom cushion. I don't want to staple it or do anything permanent because I want to be able to wash it periodically. But I'll try to come up with something because overall I really do love the look and feel of it.

Soft and pleasing to the touch. I would say it’s more like velour, and It’s perfect because it is machine washable! I wanted to protect my new chairs from “accidental” cat scratching. The chairs were advertised as velvet but the pile was not long enough to protect from cat’s nails. This material gives just the right amount of protection I hoped for. The back of the chair is the usual target. In my household, one cat in particular will scratch to annoy another cat sitting in the chair while not be seen by the housekeeper. The tight popping sound of material threads being torn is lost. The material is stretched enough and the shape of the chair keeps the cover from hugging too tight. The cat’s nails can’t get to the chair surface. So no gratification there and nothing is snagged! These are not custom fitted but accommodate my chairs nicely. Where there is a little slack on the arms as shown in the picture is an added bonus! The fabric takes on beautiful depth, texture and highlights of dark and light color! No fussing with straightening after each sit. These covers have been on for a month and they still look neat. These covers will allow me change up my decor with ease! I’m excited thinking about the next color I will choose!!

My only complaint this time was s small tear along the seam on the seat back cover. Disappointed, but overall I still find these a good value and best option to use on a large recliner.

Took a chance on the sizing and it actually fit perfectly on the Korser oversized recliner that measured 41 by 40 inches sold here on Amazon. Nice, plush material. Washed on a cold, gentle cycle and dried on low. That knocked some wrinkles out. Didn't require much tucking with this particular chair. Really love the ivory color. Will definitely purchase another color if they go on sale!
