Reduces heat and cold. Darkens completely where the panels cover the walls. Almost all of our wall is covered because my migraines are often triggered by sunlight. Great for helping with that. Not perfectly cut and sewn but I accept that because I didn't want to pay for high quality. Gray seems a bit blue to me, maybe because I want it to be gray-blue. I like the fabric texture very much. They look pretty classy! Two patio panels cover our very wide windows in one sweep, don't have to bunch them in panels where they cover the glass and spoil our great view. My search for good quality blackout curtains was long! I’ve probably looked at hundreds. Being in Florida the sun and heat hit different here. Especially when the sun sets in your backyard. I decided to order 2 pairs of these to try out and was complete amazed by how good the quality of the fabric was as well as how well it blocks out the sun and heat. It was the perfect choice for our living room and I will be ordering more once I decide what colors to decorate in the other rooms. I chose the Ivory color and it is perfect! No complaints!

I really like these curtains, the sage color is nice. Sizing and quality are very good and consistent. The fabric is not heavy, and sports a printed linen design that is really nice and realistic. The backing is a soft to the touch white material that’s pleasing from the outside. As expected, The curtains were wrinkled after opening, but I tossed in washer and dryer and then worked on the more persistent creases with a steam iron…didn’t take too long to get them into shape..and I’m not a fan of ironing, but this was a quick job with a good stream iron. I hung these in the spare bedroom, my niece is very happy to have more than just the blinds for privacy. They do seem to help in keeping the room a bit warmer, and perhaps a bit quieter. These are advertised as blackout curtains and they do more than an adequate job at blocking light, for my situation. I wasn’t looking for complete blackout, just wanted them to offer good privacy. The 3rd photo was taken at 8:15AM, with the hall light on so the photo wouldn’t be too grainy, to give you a sense of how the blackout feature of these curtains work, should that be a critical feature for you. Overall I highly highly recommend these curtains! I like them so much I ordered another set for the computer room. Hope this review helps you! Oh, by the way…I did add 2.5” wide curtain spacers on the rod between the grommets to make the pleats hold a full look, don’t like a flat, floppy, lifeless curtain (last photo).

We had purchased some blackout curtains from target and we’re immediately disappointed by the lack of light blocking they offered. I ordered these instead and they’re so much better and less expensive. I with they came in single panels as well but I ended up ordering two sets and just having a leftover panel. The material is nice and they block a really nice amount of light. They darken the room enough to comfortably take a midday nap. Definitely recommend them!

The color (sage) and fabric are just as pictured. The lining isn't quite what I expected, though; it feels more like plastic than fabric, and is bonded to the front fabric. These curtains are supposed to be machine washable but I do not know how this lining will actually hold up. I did iron them (following the directions to iron only on the front side) because they were pretty wrinkly coming out of the package. The curtain fabric does seem to block out all the light, but I've still got some light leaking indirectly out of the top and bottom of the curtains. I hung mine about 6" above the windows and hanging about 8" below; if you really want to block out all light you should probably go for floor-to-ceiling coverage.

These curtains are great I've bought them for 4 windows. They look expensive and luxurious from afar. While it's not actual linen, it's polyester, and they printed a slight linen texture on it. Wouldn't recommend if you want something that actually looks like linen but if you're looking for a bit of texture, these are great. A bit of advice when you iron them (which you definitely should before hanging any curtain!) is to air out the room or turn on the fan because the heated polyester will definitely get you high lol

These curtains are perfect for my sliding glass door. I chose the color 'Natural' and they are just like the ones pictured on amazon. I'm so relieved and happy about that since you never know when ordering online. They provide 100% privacy and light blocking. They are medium weight but heavy enough to provide good insulation. They hang very uniformly and look very classic and beautiful yet not too formal. Exactly what I wanted. I will purchase again when looking for full coverage curtains. I highly recommend.

These are actually blackout curtains, unlike the ones in the stores that still let in light during the day. The fabric is bonded to some sort of solid plastic for light blocking. Mine came with a strong plastic smell. Since these are washing machine friendly, I washed and dried them before hanging. They came out a little wrinkled but not too bad. These are a necessity for anyone sensitive to light while sleeping.
