The item is has poor quality. It does not do the job that is supposed to be doing. Instead, it will damage the grass. In addition, I would not recommend purchasing from GYMAX seller. I returned the item and the shipping return cost was more than the value of the item.

Works ok for small areas. If you have an average size lawn rent a powered aerator or you can just cancel your gym membership.

Made well but is very in-effective. Pressing down hard and using a lot of effort yield very minimal results. The spikes need to be longer and more plentiful. I bought it in early spring so did not attempt to use it until the return policy time was up. Shame on me. A waste of money on my part.

Spikes do not penetrate the ground. They are not long enough. Waited too long to return it and no longer have the package. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

My husband spent a week pulling up crab grass and getting our yard prepped. He gave this thing a shot and said it was difficult to use, it felt flimsy and it was definitely ineffective. Grass seed didn’t get down in the soil so it never sprouted. Huge waste of money and time.
