My sink is an inexpensive IKEA sink made from some composite material. A friend had a piece break out of hers, so I wanted to pad the bottom of mine to protect it and to prevent pans from scraping on the bottom. This fits well and looks nice. However, whenever I empty citrus juicer remains or other small pieces of food, they tend to stick to the bottom, requiring me to lift it out, turn it over, and rinse it off.
