Bought this as part of a full gut reno house project. I had to renovate a house 100% by myself by getting down to studs and rebuild house with new plumbing/electrical/open floor plan/floors. I was a little hesitant to buy this for $100. It was well worth the money...even for one project. Great leverage, sturdy, and easy to use. Would strongly recommend.

First off this tool is fantastic. I'm taking up a vinyl floor covering and particle board subflooring in a utility room and kitchen. I used crow bars and a wonder bar and chisels in the utility room and it took me several days of hard work to take up the subfloor. I ordered the Gutster for the kitchen floor removal and the job took me 4 HOURS. Not only is it highly superior in prying up the board, it also was great for pulling nails that weren't pulled out with the subflooring. I sharped the points with a grinder before I began, and that worked great for getting under the subfloor with minimal effort.

This tool helped me demo sheetrock, trim, and cabinets in a 1550 sqft house by myself and I couldn't have done it without it. It's sturdy and useful in a lot of different ways. The only thing that could improve would be the vinyl/rubber handle cover rolls down a bit but doesn't affect the functionality in any way.

I grabbed this to help rip down old cement board/sheetrock in a 1950's house. This tool more than doubled my speed ripping the sheetrock down over normal hammer or prybar. Just punch a hole on each side of 2x4 stud and you are off the the races pull down large chucks of sheetrock. Works as well on ceiling as it does wall. So glad I found this early in this latest project. Highly recommend if you have lots of sheetrock to pull down.

Seams sturdy and I thought it would last for the long haul even though the foam grips are clearly a sign of poor judgement by the manufacturer. After a few days of work one piece of foam is gone and the other tore (as expected) but what I didn't expect was that the handle bent down and sideways, limiting the amount of prying action provided. Overall this is a single use tool at at a long time Tool price. The bottom line is that I don't recommend purchasing this item and rate it as total junk for to much money.

This product has a neat design and was useful until it broke. One doesn't expect the head to break on expensive demolition tools on the first job :-(

I love this tool. Makes demo a breeze. I'm extremely rough on tools. Especially demo tools. This bar almost lasted a year for me and would probably last a lifetime for most people. I'm buying another one soon.
