Update: I made an audio recording to compare the original saddles with the OVSAL saddles. I find that the OVSAL saddles has thicker plating that causes the strings to have less sustain and less sharp of an attack. I do like the fact that the heigh screws are not too long that part of it is not exposed and cut your palm. The tonal difference is minor but it is noticeable. Also, the plating is so thick that these saddles don’t conduct ground. If the strings are not grounded elsewhere in the bridge, you may need to sand down the finish in the saddle groove in order to help the conductivity with the strings. I got these to replace my old and rusty saddles. The OVSAL saddles are plated and finished in gloss. I don’t feel like they will become rusty anytime soon. I will post an update to this review after I install them and report back of whether they give any improvement in tone. More updates soon.

Picked these up for the Micheal Kelly and they work great! Finish is nice but they are a little less solid due to the zinc alloy. Overall happy with these for now. Will update if anything changes

Replaces my older faded ones on my tremolo bride. It’s zinc so don’t abuse them but they’ll last awhile. Great replacements. Make sure to measure and get the right size. My fender reads 10.75 and these measure 10.68 which is within spec and I’m alright with that.

I got these to replace some plinky sounding stamped steel saddles on a cheap guitar. These are a nice quality set of saddles with good hardware. Sounds much better than the thin stamped steel saddles.
