1. Assembly -grade C -about as expected. 2-3 hours. Directions were alright, got you close enough. After the first couple pieces, it gets easier to assemble. 2. Quality - A+ here. I personally think this stand we be in good condition in 20 years. I have about 15 ladder stands and this one is possibly the best quality materials. It's comparable to a stand my dad bought at Walmart in 2007 that we still use. 3. Comfort -Grade C - it's a $150 two man ladder stands. The seat it comes with isn't most comfy, if you're sitting all day, buy a hot seat. The bar in the back never bothered me, but I'm just happy to be in the woods. My husband put this up last weekend and said it is well made. Decently priced for a tree stand. Straight forward assembly, not a one man job to get it up in the tree.

I bought 2 treestands. 1 of the treestands is missing 1 of the 2 jaw pieces. Sent email out to get missing piece so hopefully all goes well there. Other than that I would have given a 5.
