One spritz of this gives off plenty of scent. It’s a softer scent, almost with some floral notes. Something about it reminds me a bit of baby powder. I got this for my nephew, who enjoys higher end fragrances. I think he will like it, but I’m not sure if it will be a favorite. The bottle is substantial and will last him a long time. The nozzle was off the bottle when I opened this, but I was able to put it back on without issue.

The packaging is nice looking. A little definitely goes a long way! I have worn this in the office and even when I am out on the town. I can't think of an occasion this wouldn't work for. For the man who wants to feel strong and confident, this is a terrific scent.

I did not enjoy this. I first sprayed onto a piece of test paper, and it smelled exactly like Raid bug spray. I then decided to try on skin, and I found the smell worse. Smells like dirty sweat and cumin spice with bug spray. I don’t know how this is possible. Maybe something wrong with my nose, but this is a huge no from me.

This impressed both my hubby and me. The smell is slightly spicy and woodsy, but it's not overpowering; after a while, it becomes relatively light. The amber lingers for a bit after the bergamot is clearly detected. It didn't appear to last as much as I would have liked, so I wish it had slightly more tenacity. The bottle is really lovely and has a good amount of spray that works really nicely. If someone enjoys woodsy scents, this would be a wonderful gift for them, regardless of age. Well done, Guess! You're making progress with this perfume!

This cologne smells nice, but to me it has a powdery, almost feminine scent when it is first sprayed. Once this cologne settles for a few minutes, the powdery scent I detect dissipates, and it turns into a nice, more masculine scent. I'm not sure how to describe this scent, and I'm not sure I've ever smelled anything similar to compare it to. It is not an overpowering scent like some men's colognes can be. It is subtle, but still noticeable. The large spray nozzle, while it does look nice, is kind of awkward to use. The first few times I tried to use it, the nozzle fell off. After adjusting my finger position to the center of the nozzle, I can easily spray this cologne without any issues. I could see this nozzle being a problem if you plan to take this cologne with you while traveling. I would probably just remove the nozzle and place it in a zipper bag with the cologne, so it doesn't break off the bottle and make the cologne unusable.

I've been wearing Guess Uomo Intenso Eau De Parfum for about a week now, and it's... fine. It opens with a sharp burst of citrus and spice, which is nice enough, but it quickly settles into something pretty familiar. The mid-notes are dominated by a warm blend of cinnamon and nutmeg, which reminds me of Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf, though without the same richness or complexity. As it dries down, you're left with a base of amber and leather, giving it a slightly smoky, earthy finish. While the scent is pleasant, it doesn’t feel particularly unique. If you've tried Dolce & Gabbana's The One or Versace Eros Flame, you’ll recognize some similar warm, spicy, and slightly sweet undertones, though this one lacks the same punch or depth. Longevity is about average - around 4-5 hours on me - which might not be an issue for a date night out. This is great for the fall/winter, and I would avoid wearing it during the day in the heat of the summer. You could maybe wear it to the office, but the longevity means you won't get through an entire workday with it and will need to respray. It might be too spicy for some workplaces as well. Overall, Guess Uomo Intenso is a decent option if you’re looking for an everyday scent, but it doesn’t do enough to differentiate itself from others in its price range. I'd recommend it for someone who wants something versatile yet safe but don't expect to be blown away.

My husband and I were both impressed with this. The scent has a slight woodsy, spiciness to it but it's not overwhelming, the scent is actually quite light after it dries down a bit. You can definitely smell the bergamot at 1st and the amber for awhileafterwards. I do wish it had a little more staying power, I feel like it didn't last as long as I'd like. The bottle is very nice and it sprays very well with a good amount. This would make a great gift for someone of any age if they like woodsy scents. Good job to Guess on this cologne, you're going in the right direction!
