Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding a recent purchase I made from your store. On August 17, 2024, I bought a pair of women’s On Cloudvista sneakers, size 7.5, through Amazon for my niece, who plays basketball. I trusted the quality of your brand; however, I am deeply disappointed to have received images showing significant deterioration of the sneakers after a short period of use. I have attached some photographs that illustrate the damage. This premature wear is unacceptable for a product that was purchased for a considerable amount, in this case $179, and was expected to have durability suitable for the athletic activity it was intended for. Since the product’s quality does not match what was promised and has caused me inconvenience, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid or, alternatively, a replacement of the product with one of the same quality that does not present defects. Nice looking shoe but definitely run small. They are not as comfortable as I’ve heard.

Size: 10.5 Color: Black | White
The media could not be loaded. I love the brand “ON” I wanted to love these shoes but they have some discoloration. Parts of the shoes are yellowish. For the price I paid for them I will send them back. Also they came in a generic box.
