This is an excellent gaming table. I love the table top finished. There is a texture to it that feels resistant to scratches. Not going to test it out though. The metal legs and rest of the frame feels like quality metal with a nice matte finish to it. Luckily mine arrived without any damage just a slight scuff mark at the back underneath the monitor stand. You can't see it and I can probably buff it out. It was easy to assemble because you're given all the tools you'll need, just follow the instructions carefully and don't try to speed through it. You might need help lifting the table top because it is heavy. If you're a kid get some help. Also when you're screwing down the frame to the table top, hand tighten the bolts first. Make sure you have them all set in before tightening them with the tool. It makes it easier lining up the bolts to the holes. To the manufacture, I suggest adding more cardboard inside to protect the table from damage. Something can easily puncture through the packaging box and scratch the table. Also flip the table around so that the table top is facing inside the packaging box so if something does puncture through it damages the bottom of the table and not the top. ... show more

This desk is made from good quality products. Only recommendation I have is to use lock tight screw compound on all screws so you don't have to torq the screws in hard. Headphone hooks are plastic but durable. Worth the money!

4 of 5 because it's not perfect, but really close. NOTE: lighting was an addon I put on, the desk does NOT come with that. Let's start with building. Easy. Though I recommend using your own #2 Phillips head screwdriver as the one they give you won't give you any leverage. I put mine together by myself, in very low light in about 45min. I don't understand the complaints on building other than those complaints are by people who can't follow simple instructions. Looks: only one complaint on looks and that is the sides of the legs. Instead of engraving or adding a plastic part that shows the logo, they give you a cheap sticker, yeah, that went in the trash. Other: the only other small complaint is the little marking stickers, they were a pain to peel off the parts cleanly. ... show more
