Pieces are crumbling in my hand. I was desperate for a cheap, decent sized desk top and my best option was buying a whole desk. The faux carbon fiber finish is fine. The exploding wire ports are not. The base is standard cheap alloy tubing. These companies really need to stop advertising their products as having built in LED lighting, as all you ever get is a cheap strip of adhesive DIY lighting. I bought it "like new" with half the price. It's really worth it when my husband first saw the table and said " wow! Nice! Carbon fiber!" Lol only complaint is the scee holes could be more precise for easier assembly.
